Mark and his team did a terrific job on this project. The work is excellent, it was completed on time/on budget and his crew was professional and thoughtful throughout. We'll work together again.

We explored options for a stone patio for a several months before we connected with Mark Sonani at Blue Circle Contractors. Mark introduced us to a range of design options, materials, and with attention to the look and feel we wanted in our backyard. We selected stone from Oaks Concrete Products. The installation had to be coordinated with other contractors (deck construction, tree removal). The project came together beautifully. Mark brought his crew in soon after the site had been cleared of old structures. Installers were excellent on site. They built a wall, around the perimeter and filled in with sand, packed hard and smooth, upon which the stone was laid with precision. The quality of the workmanship was gratifying to watch, and it was clear that they take great pride in it. We are very pleased with the result and do not hesitate to recommend them to our friends. – Doris and Alan

This was my second project using Blue Circle and I was very impressed with the work done. Mark and the fencing contractor took time to help us decide on design and materials and we were extremely happy with the results we got. We continue to get compliments on the work done. Bravo Blue Circle!

This was my third project using Blue Circle and unfortunately, three times was not the charm. I was not impressed with the completeness of the work done by the mortar contractor and when I asked Mark to come out and discuss the work, he made me feel uncomfortable about the concerns I had. On top of it, the mortar contractor waited in his pickup truck down the street while Mark and I discussed this as if to wait until the concerns warranted being addressed. I had to twice walk around the perimeter of my home with my two children in tow while I pointed to areas that were missed. I am pretty sure this was a "one-off" bad experience, however it's going to take some time for me to get over this one and use Mark and Blue Circle again. Mark, I believe I gave you several opportunities to see how upset I was with this project and you just didn't get it. Your previous projects were well done, but this project was a big miss.

We've worked with Blue Circle on several projects. First they waterproofed our old house and then when we moved they landscaped and installed the irrigation on our new property. Mark provided us detailed quotes and recommendations to help us operate within our budget. The workers were professional, timely and tidy. Even many months after their service, Mark still responded quickly to any new issues. We have recommended them to other homeowners and would recommend them again.

Blue Circle did an excellent job waterproofing our semi-detached home last fall, working in unusually challenging conditions. The work crew were courteous and quick, and cleanup was thorough. We are enjoying our snug and completely dry basement through winter snows and spring rainstorms, thanks to Mark and crew.

We had Blue Circle waterproof the exterior of our house in the fall (2012). We received quotes from a number of companies and Blue Circle was both competitive and came highly recommended by others in the neighbourhood. We dealt with Mark Somani, who was extremely thorough, professional and a pleasure to work with the whole way along. From the initial meeting and discussion, through the quote process and finally through the work actually being completed, we never had an issue. From the get go, we felt comfortable that the work would be done well and that Mark cared both about the work being done correctly and that the home would be left in an attractive and presentable state afterwards. The experience was problem free, the work was done well, the price was definitely fair and as mentioned, Mark was a pleasure to deal with and made the entire process stress free. We first contacted Blue Circle Contracting in April of 2012. Asking around in our community, this company was one that had done many landscaping projects in our neighbourhood, and came very highly recommended. We dealt mainly with Mark Somani. During our first meeting, he brought us a portfolio of the work his team had done. The range of projects was very impressive. We had partly drafted our own design, which included front yard landscaping, a natural stone walkway, tiling of the front stairs and porch with matching stone, and lastly, changing the existing aluminum railing to glass railing. Mark was determined to stay within our budget and got back to us within a week with a detailed quote. A few points had to be altered or clarified and Mark was very receptive to the changes we wanted made. Once we agreed to the contract, we were given a timeline for the work to be completed. Mark was pretty much right on as far as when the various parts of our project were going to be started, how long it would take, and the final price. We were impressed with the payment schedule, with the biggest chunk being due at completion of each part. The different teams doing the work were all very professional, quick, efficient and knowledgeable. They were also considerate of our neighbours and a clean-up was done every time before they left for the day. Very much appreciated since our neighbours are so close! We had a big wishlist of the shrubs and flowers we wanted. We discussed with Jim which ones would fit our design the best, and he gave us a few different ideas. Everything came together beautifully and we could not have been happier with the landscaping! It took a while longer for the glass railing to come in but deciding on which ones we wanted took us some time. The timing was still within what Mark had predicted. There was a defect in one of the glass panels installed (deep scratch) and that was replaced once the new panel was received. It was a manufacturer defect and Mark made sure that it was going to be fixed. We are so happy with the total work done on our front yard. It looks gorgeous and it feels good to see heads turn, people walk by and come back to take a closer look! we have no doubt that we will be enjoying our landscaping for seasons and years to come! we would definitely use Blue Circle Contracting again and would highly recommend them. I loved what was done in my backyard. The job was a big undertaking but it was executed beyond my expectations. All I've had are compliments on how it looks. Mark, Jim and their crew were fantastic to work with .They cleaned up after themselves and were quick and efficient. I would strongly recommend them given they managed my expectations and consulted me throughout the process to my satisfication. I strongly recommend Blue Circle Contracting .. Thanks a million!

This is the second landscaping project that I have done with Mark and his team, and I am as happy as I was the first time! They are extremely professional, meticulous in their workmanship, and competitively priced. I will certainly use them again.
