I contacted Nev with some concerns of moisture and suspected mold in my basement resulting from a roof leak. He took the time to answer all of my questions and concerns over the phone then promptly came out to inspect my basement. His knowledge, honesty and professionalism exceeded expectations. I would absolutely recommend Accu-Star's services for mold remediation.

Nev is awesome. He was very professional, took the time to explain everything to us so we had a very good understanding of our issue and what options we have to solve the problem. I would highly recommend him.

Nev and Ed were the most thorough and knowledgable of the companies who provided estimates. They did an excellent job, were very responsive and timely, and did a great cleanup. They also found the source of the problem and solved it. I recommend them highly!

I am *highly* allergic to mold so when I first called Nev a year ago after experiencing allergies in our basement I was in a panic! He quickly located the problem (a storm window left slightly ajar for way too long and told me how to clean it ourselves. He quickly inspected the rest of the property and finding nothing, did not even charge the full inspection amount. Earlier this year we bought a new house and used him to verify it's mold/moisture status before we even put in an offer. We also used him to do a remediation on my mother-in-law's house after a leak caused major mold to develop. And finally, I called Nev in (another!) panic when the house we purchased sprung a leak in the roof 4 days before our closing. Nev made room in his schedule to do a reinspection, providing clear guildelines on what needs to be done to address the water damage. He is totally reliable, very pleasant to deal with, caring, and extremely reasonable. I can testify that there is no more mold at all in my mother-in-law's and am confident about recommending his services to anyone!

Simply put, Nev and his team were true professionals from start to finish. I moved into a 25 year old home where the builder did not remove the plywood framing that was used to pour the front poarch where the cold cellar is located. It was evident that there was mold so I called Nev and explained my situation. He came the next day to investigate the mold and provided me with a detailed explanation of how he and his team would address the issue. He was able to start the work a few days later. His team removed shelving, plywood forms and all the mold. They then cleaned all the mold and then protected the entire cold cellar to deter mold growth in the future. They left their air scrubbers for 4 days to ensure the air was clean. Thank you Nev and your team for excellent service and for being true professionals. We had concern about mold in the basement and we decided to call the ACCU-STAR for inspection. Nev checked the area with a thermal scanner and explains what should be done. He answered all of our questions. Everything was done very professional. I highly recommend ACCU-STAR to everybody.

Nev came over to inspect the house after I had concerns of potential mold. He looked everywhere with his thermal scanner (for free) and did not find signs of elevated levels, so I did not go ahead with the air quality test at this time. His honesty saved us a lot of money in unnecessary tests. I recommend this company.

Nev came by to inspection an area of my basement that I had concerns about. He was pleasant on the phone and then arrived on-time. He inspected the area with his thermo unit. He assured me that everything was fine, and gave me some tips to keep things under control. I would highly recommend.

Nev and his team went above and beyond their contractual obligations to ensure our job was done. We purchased an older home, and ran some environmental tests before moving in. The tests showed various molds in the basement including black mold, and we needed to get it remediated. Not only did Nev give us a fair price, but was also able to start quickly, and even threw in some extras for us at no charge, such as letting us use the fibelock paint to cover part of the subfloor of our second floor which we were renovating. After the remediation, the air tester retested, but did not like the levels of mold that were still in the basement. Nev came back at no additional charge as per his contract, and re-cleaned the basement, and promised to keep coming back until the tester was happy with the levels, no questions asked. Furthermore, we had discovered asbestos in our house, and Nev let us borrow his air scrubber at no additional charge until we could get further tests and remediation done. I would have given him a 10, but I took off one point only because he had to come back a few times until the environmental tester was happy with the post-remediation mold numbers. But the extra care, reponsiveness, and services he provided made up for this, and would definitely recommend and use him again.
