    Pot light wiring repair

    I had a problem with the wiring for the pot lights in the kitchen, as the breaker would keep going off when ever i turned it on. The electrician was at my home the day after i called. it took him almost 2 hours to get to the bottom of the problem. He also changed a lot of the connectors as they were unsafe and melting. In total 20 lights were removed and re-installed to check for the wiring fault after which time he was able to find one of the connectors had burned causing the ground and hot wire to touch. I was given a flat rate and was not charged for the extra work that was done or the connectors.

    new panel change from old knob and tube and complete rewire of house

    Adam and Eric were respectful and incredibly informative as they completed what we thought to be an overwhelming amount of hard work in our home. They respected our home. They were polite and we knew that we were in very good hands from the moment that Steve (the owner) walked through our front door. Steve is very kind and has a very calming presence. He makes you stop worrying within moments of meeting him. This company is award winning for good reason. Changing out a panel is one thing, but to rewire an entire 3 story, 106 year old home is quite another. Adam thinks fast on his feet and figures out ways to run wires while doing the least damage to your home. GREAT GUYS! GREAT COMPANY!

    extra outdoor outlet

    CLI were very helpful, polite and finished the work right away. They installed an extra outlet for me as well as sorting out why there was no light in my front hall. All the bulbs had burnt out at the same time!

    Dimmer switch replacement

    The electrician was very knowledgable and courteous. On time and on budget, with no surprises or additional fees. The two electricians are very knowledgeable, courteous and incredibly polite. They showed up right on time and were installing the replacement switches in no time. They also quoted on outside pot lights which I'll definitely followup on. I would highly recommend CLI to anyone needing electrical work to be done. I have never worked with a company that was this easy to deal with.

    Replace GFI breaker

    Needed to replace a GFI breaker on the panel; we had no power to the outlets in our bathrooms. These guys are terrific. They came literally the day after next, were on time, and their fee was perfectly reasonable, especially as a third of what I paid went to parts. Courteous, quick, very pleasant to deal with. Can't recommend them too highly.

    Spotlights

    The guys did a great job for me. They were quick to provide the quote and quick to set it up. The pricing was good and the workmen were easy to deal with.

    Replace LEDs, Install Surge Protector, Install Chandeliers

    CLI came over to do a walkthrough of the job and provided me a quote within 1 week. Talking with the owner and head electrician, with over 25 years of experience, I was confident that he knew what he was doing. CLI applied for a permit because I had to add a new line. After the permit was issued, work commenced a week later. The crew took care of everything and left the site in a clean condition. They certainly had an attention to detail. The inspection went fine the next week. Highly recommended.

    Awesome!!

    After 3 electricians our electrical problems are finally solved. Thank you to Adam for his exceptional knowledge and diagnostic skills. He found the problem, along with 2 other problems from previous work done at our house. Top notch professionals!! Highly recommended.

    Problem with a circuit

    I am used to doing basic electrical work in my home but one day -- after a lot of investigative work on my own -- I could not solve a problem with one of my bigger circuits -- I needed professional help. I called CLI and was lucky enough that they were able to send someone right away. Electrician Steve was able to diagnose the problem in a matter of minutes and made the repair. My problem was solved. Thank you to Steve and to CLI.

    Fixing exterior electrical connection

    The exterior electrical connection to my house from the main line was partially detached and needed to be fixed. Steve at CLI responded to my inquiry very promptly, and came to provide a quote within 24 hours. CLI coordinated with the hydro company and was very efficient with completing the work. I would definitely hire CLI again and highly recommend them.
