    Bosch Dishwasher

    Everyone dealt with was prompt and courteous. Mathew did a professional job on the dishwasher and I would recommend this service to anyone. The work was done on the spot as the valve was available in the truck.

    Fridge Repair

    We had a freezer that was leaking water and found Pro Appliance through the HomeStars website and chose them because of their excellent reviews. Turns out the reviews were very accurate. Our service technician Mathew was punctual, professional, extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain the problem and the solution.Best of all, there was not sticker shock when he presented us with the bill. The cost was extremely reasonable. Overall, a really great experience from start to finish. Give them a call!

    Dryer Heater Broken

    No heat from dryer. Came within a few days. Job was done fast and well. Technician showed me the broken part (always a good thing) and told me some tips to keep it running well. Great service.

    Two appliances at once!

    I had a broken washing machine the day my son came home from a hockey tournament in which is slept in a creepy, dirty motel. I was frantic to get his clothes washed. Called a number of repair services and Pro called back promptly. While Matthew was working on the washing machine (lose wire, most would have repaired the whole thing, he found and replaced just the wire) I mentioned the dishwasher door. He ordered a part and was back a week later to install. Very, very happy.

    Kitchen Aid dishwasher

    I contacted Pro appliance after waiting over a month for my usual repair person to order and fix my dishwasher, which he failed to do! Pro appliance filled the request immediatedly... Mathew was sent in and reviewed what needed doing, put a rush order on the part and everything was complete within a week. He was knowledgeable, honest , efficient and great to have do the job, I would not hesitate to contact them again to service my appliances!

    Fridge Repair

    Matthew showed up on time and was extremely polite, friendly and professional. He looked at the problem and knew exactly how to fix it. But took the time to explain what was causing the problem and how he was going to go about fixing it. Great service!

    Whirlpool range

    Matthew is very knowledgeable regarding the repairs as well as very reliable and professional. The rate was reasonable also. I will continue to use them for my appliance repairs and would not hesitate to recommend Pro Appliance to anyone.

    ice dispenser

    Pro Appliance has been fixing appliances in my home for over 8 years. Matthew is a very professional honest tech. Always explains exactly what needs to be done and approx. cost so there have been NO surprises. Thank you

    Repair of Jenn Air Cooktop

    A spark from one of the heating elements damaged both heating elements and the control. The Jenn Air rep said it could not be repaired because the unit had come from the USA! Thank goodness I found Pro Appliance! Matthew came for inspection, made suggestions, ordered the part and fixed the cooktop! He's an angel! So knowledgeable and efficient! I've never met a service technician with such excellent skills and customer service. When he schedules an appointment, he is punctual and he calls before he arrives. I was happy with the price too. The part cost $90, which means I paid $160 for the labour.

    dishwasher repair

    Matthew came to our house on Jan 3rd,2013 to repair our dishwasher . I was given a approximate time and was even called 15 minutes prior to him arriving at our home. He went right to it and fixed the problem in a very timely manner. This was our second experience with Pro Appliance and certainly will not be our last.
