Rocco is the best and his word is better than 100 of contracts. Initially it was hard to beleive what he did for me in only 2 weeks. I hired him to do the ARCH+STRUC+HVAC dwgs &permit submission for my semi detached house in leaside. I was a little bit concern about the timing and contract at the first stage, however he acted very professional and addressed my cocerns with his excellent work. Highly recommend.

We are currently building our second design of Rocco's. Both of our experiences (one small addition of a deck and stairs and the current rear addition/garage conversion) were so positive, I want everyone who wants to renovate to use him. He is so knowledgeable, he thought of things I hadn't and when we called a large contract/design service for a second opinion they didn't even know half the things Rocco did....so beware those big design firms!! I recommend Architalcan Design for any of your renovation drawings for permit and even for layout and design. It will be a prompt, informed and super positive experience!

I have had two projects for two major business renovations for Spa interior alterations each over 300k projects. Rocco was excellent with getting our designs and building permits completed quickly and with good quality.

Having used the services of Architalcan to receive a building permit for our house renovation, we found ourselves needing permit revisions in a hurry because of unforeseen existing conditions. Our call was answered on a long weekend and the field measurements were taken the first working day. The permit revision was turned around in a week so that the construction schedule was unaffected. We wanted to remove few walls, to improve the main floor layout, to our bungalow in Etobicoke. Rocco knows the how.we had a contractor that couldnt determine the joists direction to establish, which wall is load bearing. Rocco made a walk through out the house, basement and stuck his head in the attic and confirmed as mentioned during the site visit and sketched out the possible structural elements design. We are happy to have used Rocco expertise and Architalcan Design Inc.highly recommended.

Rocco is the man! We ad an order to comply and with in 3 days we had a full set of drawing ready to submit to the city and he dealt with the inspector assuring we were back on track! Highly recommended.

Rocco knows all the red flags when it comes to renovation, familiar with the building code, all trades area, rerouting ducts, plumbing, structural, and not only, all the road blocks at the city.
