    Instant hot water system.

    Urban piping did a descale and flush on my instant hot water system. They showed up on time. They were extremely professional and curtious. And when they were done the system worked like new. I am truly impressed with this company and its employees.

    Instant hot water flush

    Urban came and flushed - descaled my instant hot water system. They were profesional, promt, and friendly. I could not be happier with the service i recieved. The water system works like it is new again.

    Poly b piping

    Had some issues with my poly b piping in my house, and was having trouble with my insurance company keeping me insured. So I had Graham with urban piping ltd come out and take a look. He was very detailed in his examination and with his quote, and I was very pleased with his demeanor and expertise in the matter. We decided to hire his company. Wow they did everything they promised! And delivered my home to me in great condition. I highly recommend using these guys, they are the pros when it comes to replacing your poly b in your home.     Furnace Element

    Wouldn't you know it, coldest day of the week and our furnace shuts down late the night before. I have used Urban Piping before so called them up and they came first thing in the morning. Assessed the problem (luckily only a broken part), went and picked it up, called with quote and time they could complete. Showed up 10 minutes early, made the repair, no extra costs. We have a wonderfully warm house again.

    Poly-B removal and water tank replacement

    Graham first efficiently removed and replaced our water tank. We then had Poly-B removed and were very pleased with he and his team's work. They returned the house to its original state seamlessly repairing drywall, painting and ceiling restippling after the piping was replaced. He always arrived when he said he would, and the work was completed exactly when he said it would be done. He was great at explaining the process to us and was very knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Graham for any plumbing job and especially for Poly-B removal.

    Hot Water Tank

    Graham came early in the morning to replace my hot water tank and was quick and efficient!! Very pleasant and tidy. NO MESS. My brother recommended the company and I will recommend them to all my friends. Work well done! Thank you:)

    Hot Water Tank Replacement

    Hot water tank was leaking and it was replaced within 24 hours. Great Employees Great and Customer Service. Will surely recommend this Company

    Hot water heater replacement

    Graham was extremely efficient and a pleasure to deal with. He wasnt offended by myself watching his workmanship and cleaned up the area upon completion. I would no reservations about asking him to service any other plumbing needs i may have in the furture. The price he quoted included the install of the hot water tank and labour. He also went out of his way to get additional parts that were required as my home is older and needed additional hookups. I am beyond impressed with his work and professionalism.

    Poly B replacement /repipe of entire home

    Urban Piping was highly professional from start to finish. At the initial meeting and price quote Graham clearly outlined the scope of work which included removal of all poly b pipe, installing new plumbing pipes and repair and re painting of all walls and ceiling areas affected by the repipe work, plus post install clean up. They also installed a new shower/tub faucet set at our request. We had planned a November vacation and Urbab Piping was able to complete the work while we were away and as promised, the job and clean up were completed by the time we arrived home, a total of six business days from start to finish. Other companies we looked at for poly b remediation only did the re pipe work and we would have had to engage another contractor to repair the drywall and do the painting, I loved the fact that Urban Piping takes care of the entire job from start to finish with their team of professional trades people. I highly recommend them if you are in need of replacing your poly b pipe.
