We had these guys refinish some damaged wood door mouldings for us, and stain match some replacement ones. The results were excellent, hardly distinguishable from the original finish. They were able to match both the stain colour and the finish sheen on several different species of wood, creating a more than satisfactory finished product. kudos

Amit recently refinished a bedroom suite and kitchenette set for us. He worked very closely with me to choose the final colours and had ultimate patience! Although I could simply rate him excellent in the final product, as everything turned out beautifully (and at a very reasonable price), what really makes him exceptional is how he handled a misunderstanding. There was a problem with the kitchenette stain - it wasn't the exact colour I had chosen. Instead of arguing about it, his only concern was to ensure my satisfaction and immediately took back the set to completely refinish again. I have dealt with many renovations, and this level of commitment is rare. Amit is a true professional and someone I would very gladly recommend and use again in the future.

I purchased an old rosewood boardroom table off the internet classifieds. When I came to pick it up, it was scratched and gouged throughout and had a dull, patchy finish. For $800, these guys converted a piece of trash to a stunning centerpiece of our firm. People though we'd spent thousands of dollars on the table when they saw it at our recent launch. I am extremely satisfied with the results and how quickly they were able to get it done. Bravo!

Amit and Harry did an exceptional job refinishing my dining table, 8 chairs and fabricating an extra leaf for the table. The original Dinec table was stained incorrectly from the factory (almost a black paint instead of the espresso stain that I had ordered), so Amit's work was not easy from the get-go. He gave me exactly what I wanted and made sure that I was happy before he received payment...that's professionalism for you!!! Also, the delivery company he uses is very good and was careful not to damage anything in my newly renovated home. I will definitely use Amit's services again. I highly recommend A. harry's furniture refinisher's was recomended to me by an acquaintance when i needed to refinish my 14 year old solid maple kitchen cabinet doors. My kitchen was custom built by my father who was a master wookworker but unfortunately had dificulty mixing the color of stain i was hoping for. he added pigment to the stain a few times. the end result turned out very nice. to make a long story short. after 14 years, i needed a custom refinishing job. i was worried but harry made me feel my doors were...."in the hands of artists". harry and amit managed to match the color of my cabinets exactly. the cabinets look like new. i am very pleased with the whole experience i had with harry's and would definitely without hesitation recommend them to anyone looking for custom refinishing work. they were both very friendly and professional. they also worked very long and hard on my 100 year old cedar screen door.....it looks almost new.

On recommendation from an acquaintance, I first contacted A. Harry's Furniture Refinishing in September/2004 to have an older style dining set refinished. I was extremely happy with the results at that time, and when delivered, the 2 delivery men even helped me put a large underpadding and carpet in place. Just before Christmas I contacted A. Harry's Furniture Refinishing again to have 3 pieces of furniture refinished, and Amit came to my house to give me an estimate and time-line on when the work could be done. Amit is very courteous, professional, helpful and really knows his trade well. I was also pleasantly surprised at the price as it's very reasonable. This company tries very hard to give the best service humanly possible.

I am very pleased to write this review on the excellent work man ship and service that I have received from A. HARRY'S FURNITURE RESTORATION INC. My dinning room set was giving to me by my grand parents and it is over 20 years old. I was not sure if it was possible at all to have this refurnish because it was so old and needed many repairs. The chairs were very un stable and had many stretches. The table, buffet and hutches had several stretches and dents as well. The Hutch had one missing glass at the side and I thought it was beyond repair. But when I contacted A. HARRY'S FURNITURE RESTORATION INC to inquire about the possibilities Amit, a representative there booked an appointment to inspect the set and then made arrangement to have it pick up from my home to their work shop. I wanted a walnut finish to match everything else in my home so they show me a few samples to insure it was exactly what I wanted. During the time my dinning set was out of my home and in their work shop. Amit was very professional, knowledgeable and very mannered. He kept in contact with me during the process to insure that everything was on schedule and that I would receive my dinning set on time and exactly as I wanted. I was very impressed by their service and I am extremely satisfied with the out come of the finish product. When it was redelivered I was so ecstatic I could not believe it, my old dinning set looks bran new. It was a very renewing feeling. The service and dedication that I have received during the time they were refurnishing my dinning room set was very OUT STANDING! I could have not been any pleased than I am today to received such fine work from this company. They were very professional and service oriented and most importantly they were VERY AFFORTABLE!! Harry refinished a table for my mom a number of years ago and she was very happy. When I got my solid maple bed set to refinish there was no other refinisher that I would have called. Harry and Amit did a great job on the set. I was not sure on what colour I wanted the set to go in so they made a few sample colours and called me in so I was able to see what it would look like before it was to late. Anybody that need a great refinisher Harry is the A choice.
