    RYR Ltd did the roof for my residence. They did a great job. was done fast and clean , workers were polite and knew what they were doing.I am very happy, money was well spend.

    Shingle and eavestrough replacement

    My semi- detached home needed replacement of all shingles and the upper eavestrough along with flashing and some minor repairs. Quotes by Pavel were reasonable and the RYR workmen did an excellent job on all replacement, repairs and clean up. I highly recommend RYR Ltd.

    Slate Roof - High Park Edwardian Home

    We have an Edwardian home in the High Park area and we were in need of a roof repair. The current roof had three layers of roofing material. The original slate and two layers of asphalt shingles. Pavel and Vitaly were excellent in addressing my concerns and providing various different options for restoring the roof to its original slate finish. The project was scheduled, and the work was done on time and on budget. The guys were great and extremely flexible as we had some delays on our part due to other construction work being done on the home. Great work and the slate and copper look amazing.

    Large home with slate roof

    Pavel is a great guy and did a fabulous job on large family home in Rosedale. There were sloped roofs, flat roofs, slated roofs, shingle roofs. All issues have been fixed and the roof looks great!

    Changed shingles and skylight

    We recently had water leaking into our living room through our skylight. Royal York Roofing responded quickly to our request and Vitaliy visited our home within a few days (some other companies did not even call us back). Vitaliy got right up on the roof and took pictures of the damaged areas and prepared a formal quote that day. Vitaliy and Paolo were very professional and went through many options with us. They answered all of our questions and returned our phone calls within a reasonable amount of time. We found that the Royal York Roofing prices were very reasonable. We really appreciated the guidance in choosing the most affordable and useful re-roofing options. Initially we thought we would have to wait to have our job completed, however they prioritized our project, so they were able to fix our leak and change our roof very quickly. We would definitely recommend this company!

    Roof replacement - shingles - Landmark Premium on large roof

    Royal York Roofing Ltd provided the most reasonable quote on the installation of an ice and weather shield (whole roof) topped with Landmark Premium 50 year fiberglass shingles. I selected them after an online search of reviews on roofing companies and the Better Business Bureau. They were very professional and provided quality workmanship. I watched throughout the day as they installed the roof. The clean up afterward was complete. I am very pleased to recommend them.

    Replaced shingles and skylight

    The Royal York roofing representative that came to do our estimate was a very professional roofing expert and not a pushy sales guy. He quickly figured out what needed to be done and provided clear suggestions on various options. He also provided a very reasonable quote. The roofing crew was very professional, did a great job on the roof and skylight and were done in one day. They were careful not to damage any of the plants around the house and were thorough in cleaning up. They even arranged for the garbage container in front of the garage to be picked up early in the morning so that I could drive to work on time the next day. I highly recommend Royal York roofing!

    To replace Roof for a single family house

    Royal York has provided professional service for the above service. The team is well organized with great quality of work especially the cimmittment of timeline to deliver. The cleanup after work is responsible.

    roof repair duo to water leak

    My roof was leaking after every stronger storm or rainfall ;Royal York Roofing as good knowledgeable company was recommended by a friend.They checked the roof in an hour found the leak.Vitaliy the owner nest day contacted me,priced out the cost of repair at reasonable price so 2 days later his guys did the repair.Since than my roof is not leaking even after heavy rainfalls I am very pleased with there professional work.

    New Roof

    Just a quick note to let everybody know that I had Royal York Roofing replace the entire roof on a mid-1970's home I recently purchased. I was extremely impressed with their professionalism, speed and quality workmanship. I would certainly recommend them to anybody looking to have their roof replaced.
