    One of the best roofing company

    After storm my roof required repair One of my friend recommended royal york roofing as one of the best I was so happy for their quick respond and amazing job that they provided They were professionals from reception to labours Some of our neighbours cane and got their numbers as their quality is one of the beat

    Excellent service!

    From the office staff, sales rep, to the workman on the roof, RYR delivered excellent service. They were honest, prompt, efficient, clear about what to expect and delivered against their commitment. The cost was comparably price and includes a transferable warranty; meaning the warranty is on the roof of the house, not with us as current owners. The benefit of this is that if we sell our house, our warranty is valid for the future owners. Bruce (sales rep) was very upfront and informative about what would be completed on our roof and I believe the work crew was very competent and skilled. They were curtious, thorough and thoughtful. I am extremely happy with my experience with RYR. I received the recommendation to Royal York Roofing from a friend who also used them for her residential roof and they did not disappoint. I highly recommend RYR.

    Elim Springs Retirement Residence

    We contracted Royal York Roofing to do a flat roof replacement for our Retirement Home in Etobicoke. We are extremely pleased with the quality of work and professionalism of the crew. They were polite, punctual and cleaned up after each work day. Very happy with overall workmanship. Thank you Royal York Roofing!

    Great job friendly staff

    the team was professional, courteous, and on time. they cleaned up the work site. The sales staff and office staff answered all our questions and they were informative. Would recommend them.

    repair storm damage

    Royal York Roofing came as scheduled and repaired the flashing that had been damaged by a wind storm. They were prompt and efficient. And the replacement flashing matched the damaged one.

    New Roof with RYR

    Extremely satisfied with their work. Everyone was very professional, corteous and knowledgable. Work was done on time as promised. No mess around the house. Everything was protected without any damage. All fallen nails removed. This is my second house with Royal York Roofing. I have been recommending this company to my collegues and friends and the feedback was always excellent. Keep up the great work!!!

    New roof

    Long overdue... My wife and I bought our home back in May 2015. Shortly after we bought, our insurance company advised us that they wouldn't cover us unless the roof was replaced as it was long overdue for a replacement (our home inspector caught that one for us!). I reached out to a number of companies who were either scary low...like REALLY SCARY LOW (I'm not a roofer, but know that it was going to cost a lot more than they were pricing me...I didn't go with them because I also like the work to be done with quality). Others were way WAY too high. If I needed my entire roof to be restructured, than maybe it would be okay, but the boards were still good. Bruce at RYR was great. Showed up to our appointments on time, was very educated and answered all of my questions. This price was to add rigid insulation to the flat part of the house, replace the flat roof material, front peak shingle, ice and water + all flashings. The work started and ended as expected and it looks great :) The only thing that slightly bugged me was that they left some material in my mutual driveway that I had to move one evening but all-in-all it was minor. I've called them back to do some flashing work and shingle replacement on an addition (that wasn't done back when the rest of the house was). They work hasn't started yet but so far Seanesta has been great in responding to my inquiries. I would highly recommend you give RYR a call.

    Roof - shingles

    New application of shingles to newly constructed hip roof over the carport attached to the house. Job was done on date promissed and within time specified which was important working with other trades. Bonus being price ended up being cheaper then quoted. Good work and price

    Flat Roof

    My experience with Royal York Roofing was excellent. The Roofers were hard workers, courteous and very neat ensuring there wasn’t a nail or shingle to be found. The entire team is professional - phone calls and follow-ups handled by the office administrator, Seanesta and attention to detail provided by Bruce Windsor and Vitaliy Goshovsky. Mary McDonald

    New Roof

    After 19 years I needed a new roof for our house and double garage. I contacted a few roofing contractors and inquired online for quotes. Bruce Winsors from Royal York was the first one to contact me and quoted on the replacment. After waiting a week for other quotes no one showed up? I was very nervous on what to do but signed the contract with Royal York. The new roof was installed within 3 weeks. I was very pleased with the crew and cleanup. Bruce followed up with me to ensure the job was done correctly. Bruce was extremely professional and a pleasure to deal with. done correctly
