    New Roof

    We are very happy with our new roof from Royal York Roofing. After interviewing two other companies, I decided on Royal York. Bruce, the salesperson, was very informative and trustworthy. He offered a payment plan that was unbeatable. The roofers were meticulous and made a terrific-looking roof. What an improvement!

    Extremely happy with our new roof

    Royal York Roofing did an amazing job. Our roof is sloped in the front and required a flat roof in the back. They were able to expertly do both. The roof looks great, and the crew kept the site clean and tidy while working. I would 100% recommend RYR to anyone who is looking for a professional and trustworthy team.

    Replace roof on home and detached garage

    Royal York Roofing did an excellent job. Roof looks great. The site was cleaned up well. The job was done on time. Bruce was excellent to work with. No hidden costs. I would highly recommend Royal York Roofing.

    Roofing

    I found this company through the BBB. Right from the start I felt comfortable in dealing with the company as Bruce the representative spent the time to explain in detail what would be done. Not only did they demonstrate that they wanted the business based on price but they delivered on everything Bruce explained and within the timeline they promised. Dennis and his crew were hardworking, neat and courteous. I would highly recommend the company. Alan from Etobicoke

    Cedar shingle roof repair

    Immediate response to quote request and start of work; wonderful staff from office administrator to representatives and craftspeople. Demonstrated skilled repairs, attention to detail and immaculate clean up. True to their word throughout the working process. Very pleased with the outcome.

    Cedar shakes, low slope asphalt, copper flashing

    We were extremely happy with the detail, every detail. It is a big decision to spend $'s on a cedar roof over conventional asphalt, but I would do it again in a minute. Exceptional craftsmanship. Even the copper flashings were artwork. Absolutely great crew. They worked consequtive days until the job was complete. I requested a lot of information by email and Pavel, the owner, always responded quickly and to the point. I really appreciated that. Without question that put this company heads and shoulders above the other two companies I contacted. Clean-up was exceptional. My neighbours on both sides thanked me. When was the last time that happened with a contractor? My neighbours across the street thanked me for the beautiful look. I could not agree more. Our house is 98 years old. Now it's complete.

    Partial new sheathing and total new roof shingles

    Bruce Windsor was my initial contact. He came to see roof promptly, gave us a quotation, and was pleasant to deal with. I subsequently obtained several other quotations. I had further discussions with Bruce regarding the potential cost of new sheathing, and decided to accept Royal York's quotation. The job was started within two weeks. I then had several discussions regarding schedule and minor details with Pavel. The site crew did an excellent job and left me with a very favourable impression of Royal York Roofing.

    Roofing and Eavestroughs

    Estimator Bruce came out to do our estimate promptly and as soon as I mentioned the leak we had he was on the phone to Pavel to see if they could do my roof quickly. I got 3 quotes for the same shingles and the prices were dramatically different and RYR provided the best quote. True to their word they did my roof the next week. The eavestroughs were not an emergency so they are being done today, and Pavel called the day before to let me know they were coming. Thank you to Lauren for always being pleasant and answering my questions and getting back to me if she had to check with others.

    Fixing kitchen exhaust hole

    Pavel is amassing i fined his telephone number in home stars web i call him because i by house and find that previously owner install wrong range hood vent in the roof.I contacted pavel he coming immediately and next day he coming with his man and fix my roofing vent,Thanks again Pavel that is business what i expecting from roofing company.
