    Tyler was prompt and professional. He was very patient and thorough when he explained what was causing the switch issue as well as why the exhaust fan had been set up to run continuously. He provided options and fixed the problem in no time. He also gave some useful maintenance tips for cleaning the exhaust fans. Highly recommended and will definitely hire him again.

    I was so impressed with Tyler's response. It was a small job and I didn't expect it to be done the next day! He explained everything very clearly, answered our questions and was very respectful. On our initial call he understood what we needed and came prepared. I'm very happy with the service and plan on calling Tyler for more work soon. Bonus points for living in our neighbourhood and being close by!

    breaker panel issues

    Tyler exceeded our expectations in the best way! He was prompt and professional and was able to help us immediately. He also took the time to explain everything. I would gladly recommend Electric Ave and would definitely use them again myself.

    Friendly and efficient service

    Tyler was amazing. I don't know very much about electricity, except that if I need something fixed get someone else to do it! Electric Ave was recommended to me so I called and got immediate response and follow up! He was so friendly and knew exactly what was going on just by how I described it to him. The problem was fixed so quick. Highly recommend!

    Thermostat

    I called Tyler at 9 am to fix my moms thermostat/baseboard heater, and he was there by 1pm. Quickly identified the problem, explained it to me, and fixed it right away. Friendly and knowledgeable, I had him come to my home the next morning to replace a breaker. I will definitely call Tyler for any future electrical problems and will recommend him to family and friends!

    Re-wire light fixture

    I was pleasantly surprised that Tyler could come to our home the SAME day I called. He quickly identified the problems and rewired 2 light fixtures to work properly. He gave several suggestions on how to get the most out of the fixtures and had me inspect his work when he was finished. He wore booties our his shoes and cleaned up everything before he left. We will use Electric Ave for all of our future electrical needs.

    Quick service

    Tyler came out and solved digital thermostat issue in no time at all. Ran diagnostics and quickly had all thermostats up and running.

    Duct cleaning

    Thought I need to replace the whole vent fan but he instead showed me that it just required proper cleaning and maintenance. Saved me a lot of time and hassle.
