Flavio attended the residence and provided an array of samples to select from, we were interested in natural bamboo materials in the form of roller blinds for our living/dining area. He was on time, resourceful, knowledgable and the quality he provided was great at extremely reasonable pricing ( we attended five others- inc. blinds to go and were quoted three times what we spent with Pro tech), for a noticably better quality product too. When the sample we had originally selected was unavailable, Flavio again provided a number of others, similar and when we selected another sample, the original price was honoured as a means of loyalty and coutesy, which speaks volumes of a companys ethics and manner. We are extremely happy with our new blinds, they were installed in less than a hour and have added wealth and value to our home. Thanks Flavio! I would highly recommend this company mainly for the quality of product, great service and exceptional pricing!

I had just moved into my condo and was looking to buy some Roman blinds and a friend recommended Pro Tech Window Coverings to me. I had a great meeting with Flavio who recommended their sheerweave roller shades. I wasn't sure at first but I absolutely LOVE them! I'm so glad that I listened to his advice! He was incredibly friendly, but also professional, which was exactly what I was looking for. The process from start to finish was hassel free and everything I was promised was delivered. Pro-Tech window coverings was truly a very professional company to work with. Right from the onset of the first phone call, i was certain that i really chose the correct company to fulfill my window covering needs. They were precise and accurate to my questions and concerns and were able to answer all questions i had in a professional manner. over and above their professionalism, they exemplified a sense of knowledge in this field. They offered advice as well as recommendations to what they felt were good options given the space and budget concerns. They weren't aggressive but rather acknowledged my needs according to the budget and stipulated what could be done to meet my needs and budget. Their keen design sense and the knowledge on what the market trend was and what is so-called 'in' was offered by Pro-tech and their experienced staff which was great to know. Although this was offered, it was never pushed on by them but instead only my demands were important. This degree of professionalism did not stop but only was demonstrated to a higher degree with their accuracy in meeting the deadlines they set with me. as a matter of fact, they had installed as per my requests before the set deadlines. On site, the staff was very clean, polite, and accurate. Given all this great service, the final aspect that sets this company apart from the rest is that the pricing is very competitive. Truly, the pricing is actually less then the competion. This is a bonus, since everything i value in a company such as service, quality, professionalism is second to none. since the first time i used them, this experience has not faltered. I have since recommended them to friends and family as well as my business and business associates, and the response is exactly the same. I honestly without a doubt would recommend Pro-tech window coverings to all. You won't be disappointed, but instead will continue to use them for all your window coverings needs as i do.

I had contacted several suppliers for quotes, and Pro-Tech had the best price out there. The service I received from Flavio Ferrara was outstanding, and Charlie (the installer) was great. He installed the blinds in about 15 minutes and he even helped me with a few other tasks in my kitchen that had nothing to do with my blinds. Now that's what I call top-notch customer service! Highly recommended.

Flavio at Pro-Tech had exceptional product knowledge. He made us feel very comfortable and at ease when we called him into our home. He was a man of his word and delivered our shutters on the date promised. Installation was very accurate and we get lots of compliments. We have referred him to friends and family and everyone loves his work and prices.
