Chris and his team did an awesome job on our project. They were prompt, on time and on budget. Very good workmanship. I will hire them again on my next project.

I had sought out this company for have my shingles replaced on my roof. They gave me a quote and then suggested I go thru my insurance as there was hail damage. Great, will do! Not great. My insurance company held this up for months and months. Chris was amazing to deal with up until he decided a new quote had to be done as this was now going thru insurance and some time had passed. Fine. To my surprise the quote was $2000 more!!!!! Ended up not going thru insurance as I couldn't wait any longer (my roof was really bad) and they refused to adjust the pricing. Chris disappeared all together and I was left dealing with Angela. $2000 increase over an 8 month period is INSANE! Roof was done, they did damage to my siding and I found a few nails (thankfully not in my dogs paws) I think this company normally would be amazing. But to end up with my experience was less than amazing :(.

I had used Done Right Roofing 5 years ago to re-roof my house in Calgary. They did a great job then. Recently in a different house, I had hail damage to room and I hired them again for the repair. The crew that came to do the work was the most friendly contractors that I have ever dealt with. They were courteous, polite, friendly and had a little humor too. I would recommend Done Right to others for roofing work.

Here is the review: I used this company to install new roofing. All went out well. Chris and the crew were always on times, very receptive with my requests and standards of care. On the right side of the house there is a garden, flower beads, rocks and a pathway. The crew and team lead Muhabi were careful when working around this area to set up the ladder, disposing the old roofing, etc.; they cleaned up after the job was complete. The work was done within the schedule discussed, as well as the original quote. I was very pleased with the services received and can definitely recommend Done Right Roofing for your roofing installation. Thanks Bogdan

will not honor warrenty and will not answer phone or return my calls. do not use this dishonest company ever and tell your friends and family IVE BEEN IGNORED WHILE WATER LEAKS ALL THE WAY TO THE BASEMENT. Save yourself from grief and use somebody better.

Both our house and garage roofs were in need of replacement so we solicited and received four quotations. We ultimately selected Done Right Roofing for this project, as their presentation was very detailed and professional, and they had received very good reviews and references. As we were interested in an upgraded product, Done Right suggested the Malarkey brand of shingles. The work was scheduled and completed in September, 2018. Shortly after the completion, we noticed there were several dozen shingles with what appeared to be defects. After contacting both Done Right and Malarkey, they each made a visit to inspect. Malarkey did in fact admit that this was a manufacturing issue but erroneously stated it would not present any long term affects. After many months of back and forth, nothing was moving towards a resolution. In January, 2020, we received a call out-of-the-blue from Chris, who advised he was the new General Manager of Done Right Roofing and he had been made aware of our situation. Chris made a visit and after inspecting, agreed that the best course of action was to replace both roofs. From that point forward, Chris contacted Malarkey and was able to persuade them to not only provide new shingles, synthetic underlay, vents etc., but to also upgrade the shingles to the Legacy Series, which is a Class 4 shingle. From our understanding, Done Right is now utilizing new roofing crews. The crew that came to our property were very respectful and provided first class workmanship, including the clean-up performed at the end of the day (which was absolutely perfect). We are happy to report that on April 25, the roof on both the house and garage were replaced. Dealing with Chris, the new General Manager of Done Right, has been such a breath of fresh air. He has communicated very effectively and has delivered on every singe promise made. For these reasons, we can say with certainty, Done Right Roofing can and will deliver on any of their commitments, including warranty work. Anyone looking for roofing should definitely call Done Right.

My roof needed new shingles. DRR was the most thorough and transparent of four roofing companies I accepted quotes from. DRR owner made suggestions about ventilation and explained what is involved in re-roofing. It was reassuring to know DRR is bonded and covered by insurance. Once I committed to a contract, they stayed in close touch to give me an idea of when the crew would be coming. The actual ripping out of shingles and replacing shingles, flashing, creating new ventilation took only a day (which helps me with the neighbors). The clean up was thorough. Unfortunate that I lost a tree branch in the process.

Used "done Right" a couple of years ago to replace my skylights and was VERY HAPPY so I called them again when it was time for my shingles to be replaced. As before a very professional job was completed promptly with no hassle. Amanda in the office was swift and professional in her communications; Issac as project manager was clear, professional yet personable; Jason as site lead kept me well informed as the project unfolded and clearly cared about the quality of his and his crews work; All the guys in the work crew were polite, professional and did excellent work (this was definitely not a "sub-contract" work crew!) The final product looks excellent and I have confidence it will stand the test of time. Lastly my property was left clean and free of nails and garbage. Sure - check out the other roofing companies but make sure you give "Done Right" a call as well.

Done Right Roofing replaced all the eavestrough om my house and garage. The work was done quickly and well.

Hired them to do my garage roof a year ago and now my house roof. My neighbor also used them. Quick - house done in one day, affordable, clean up was great and both office and site staff friendly and knowledgeable.
