Done Right roofing did a great job with our re shingling project. They were quick, efficient and the invoice was identical to the quote. Highly reccomended.

DRR has a high performing team that works true to their motto. They were able to present me with product choices that met my requirements and even brought me a sample to test. They chose suitable days to do the work (good weather; and when I was around) and they came when they said they would. Their schedule duration was spot on and they kept to their quote. They made sure I was happy with all aspects of the job before leaving. I've had a positive experience and will recommend DRR in the future.

We had a need to add some missing eavestrough on a section of our house that the builder missed. DRR came out and installed some new eavestrough and it was done quickly and looks great however it was not really making any difference and we were still getting water down the side of our house so I called DRR to come out and have another look to see if we could get to the bottom of the issue. Darcy was very quick to respond to us come out to our house, re-assess the situation and work with us to come up with a solution. Although we were scheduled for Thursday he found some time in his schedule and Darcy and Mike arrived on Tuesday morning and completed the work quickly and professionally. They were both very professional and we are very pleased with the quality of the work. Not only did they fix and augment the previous repair, but they tested it by pouring several pitchers of water down the roofline to ensure that the water drained properly and nothing was leaking down the side of the house as it was previously doing. Also, thanks for the tip and installing the missing splash guards on our inner corners of our eavestrough and drainage issue area. We would definitely recommend DRR to anyone in need of their services. Great job!

Darcy was extremely professional from our first interactions during the estimating process through to our final inspection after the roof was completed. Done Right Roofing was my choice because of their competitive quote and the fact that they were a one stop shop for both my eaves trough replacement and facia repair. Darcy made an appointment to meet me and we discussed the various options together. Brian and his assistant were able to do the whole installation and clean up in a day...and not a very warm day at that! All staff in their various roles were friendly, efficient, competent, and listened to me, their customer. I would highly recommend them, and have them do future work!!

The project was done very professionally, from the inspection, quotation, scheduling, follow-up questions, actual re-roofing up to clean-up and release of warranty certificate. Darcy knew how to treat customers right. The crew were very good too. Amanda and Sara made the scheduling and follow up smooth too. We requested for a warmer day installation in winter time and DRR obliged, we were happy it's done on a sunny 'warmer' day. This project also gave us some discount from our home insurance premiums! A friend recommended Done Right based on a great deal he had seen and the friendly, efficient quote he got. For us as well, everything from the quote, to the communication leading up to the day, to the actual install was great. The worksite was tidy the day of and they completed the project very quickly. Looks awesome.

UPDATE Nov-2017 -- Upgraded to 10 stars for Done right roofing. 10 months on and no issues what so ever. You can trust these guy to do winter work properly. Roof looks great I'm going to do this review a bit differently. I'll do it now and then update it after a few months to see how everything held up. So I contacted Done Right Roofing for a quote to get my roof redone in spring or summer. I was convinced by the sales guy to get it done in January for a large discount. I had heard horror stories from other people about getting a roof done in the winter because the general rule of thumb is that the roof shingles will not seal until summer and there is a high potential for leaks. I was convinced by the sales guy that this wasn't so much the case with the new adhesives on shingles and the fact that Done Right carries a 15 yr warranty themselves to cover any leaks or problems that may arise. He said that he offers a few spots in January at a discount in order to keep his crews working through the slow season of winter. Done Right doesn't sub out anything and wants to maintain its workforce throughout winter....made sense to me so I went ahead and signed up for a January install. They ripped the old roof of last week in -20 weather, then waited until the Chinook to hit before they did the shingling. The job was completed in a day and the crew was very pleasant and respectful and cleaned up their mess without any problems. The Customer Service girl (Sarah I think) was very easy to deal with on the phone and was a voice of reason when I started getting nervous about doing my roof in the dead of winter (so many people told me not to do it, but the discount made the risk worth it in my opinion...not to mention that the 15 yr warranty gives you a bit of peace of mind) So now I have my beautiful new roof and I'm kind of playing the waiting game. I'll be checking my attic for leaks and I will come back on here and let you all know how it went after 6 months or so. I've currently given them 4-stars but will upgrade to 5 stars if everything checks out after winter. But all in all I would say that the experience of getting a new roof with Done Right Roofing has so far been very positive. Good price, good customer service and my new roof looks great. As long as I don't have any problems associated with installing a roof in winter then I would have no problems recommending Done Right Roofing to anyone.
