    Exterior doors - shotty workmanship

In response to Ecoline - I did in fact install the screen door to the product, as I have done with MANY screen doors prior. The fact that the door trim was put together with 6 staples was the reason the whole door and trim fell off. There is no such stated warranty that I had to use Ecoline to put on or provide the screen door. As for calling the service department, I have many, many times contacted the service department, made appointments for a person to come and 'assess' the situation with no one ever showing up. We have purchased over $13,000 worth of doors and windows with Ecoline, to me this is horrible service provided after the fact.

    Install Windows

We met with one of the sale guys awhile back in April to get some of our old windows in our 50 year old house replaced. The one gentlemen we met with was very knowledgable about the products and showed us some samples as to what eco-line windows are all about. We loved the fact that he suggested for the kitchen windows to have them be able to pull out.... which is a great suggestion for cleaning! The guys will be coming to install our windows in July-August.. can't wait to have them installed!

    New Windows

We contracted EcoLine to install new windows in our home. We are very impressed with the team. It took them extra time to get the old windows out, so there was no damage to our stucco. New windows fitted very well and we enjoy our new windows.

    Replacement Windows

It was a very good experience from start to finish. It feels that the company is well organized on levels. Office stuff were efficient and friendly, sales guy knowledgeable and able to give good advise, installers knew exactly what to do and finished the work fast and without wasting time. Windows look great, we love the vinyl trims. Would recommend them with no hesitation.

    Windows and door installation

We had 7 windows and a huge sliding door installed by Ecoline in the fall of 2011. Dimitri was very knowledgeable during the quote, and the price was extremely competitive, especially considering the company offered triple pane windows, which others hadn't for the same ball park price (still several thousand dollars cheaper than the Home Depot quote!). The windows are beautiful, and the installation was quick and professional, with all materials cleaned up afterward. Installers were courteous and friendly. The windows appear to be of high quality and are made in Canada. Our only minor complaint was that they took a couple of weeks longer to arrive than promised. We were very pleased with Ecoline and would recommend them.

Recently I changed windows in my house with ECO Line windows company. I'm very pleased that I have chosen this company over others! I have had a few estimates (like most people), but ECO Line windows provided very good explanation of the product and and good reasonable price. Installation was done on time and very professional!! I would recommend this company to all my friends! Thank you ECO Line!

    PVC - Vinyl Windows

My wife and I are very happy with the product supplied by EcoLine Windows. All our windows were replaced a few days ago. Windows are very attractive and keep the home warmer and quieter. Mark and his crew are skilled technicians that dont waste time on the job site. Stan, the sales contact, was considerate and attentive and made sure to go through all the details. EcoLine was not the cheapest quote we obtained for our window replacement, we feel though that we've made the right choice and we have no hesitation in recommending them.

    New Windows & Patio Doors

We have been dealing with EcoLine Windows two times now. Two types of projects but both times they were committed to service and quality. The first time was to replace an old sliding doors. They had the job done in half a day including the clean up, sealing, insulation, finishing etc. The doors after 2 years still look like new. The second project was this summer and they fitted in custom made vinyl windows to a character home downtown Edmonton. The project ran smoothly and Ivan came out to inspect the final result - again showing their dedication to customer service. I highly recommend their work and would use them again.

    Installation of Windows and Doors

We had all of our windows and doors replaced 2 weeks ago. It seems that the company is well organized. The next day of my decision to replace windows a received a phone call from the office to schedule second set of measurements. Windows and doors arrived in 8 weeks as promised. Installation process went smooth. There three workers and a foreman on site at all times. 3 of the crank handle did not operate properly, I had notify the office and within 3 days they took care of that issue.

    Window Replacement

I would not recommend Ecoline Windows. There is poor communication between sales, service and the main office. The installers were one hour late to install the windows and they did not feel the need to apologize or explain. The replacement windows are of good quality but we were not given the type of screens that we were told that we would receive. Most of the work was done by one installer and the other seemed to be in charge of some removal and clean-up. I was still left to clean-up screws and pieces of metal and I had to vacuum my baseboards. The worst part about it was I thought that the installers had scratched the frame of a window. I promptly told the Regional Manager about the scratch and he insisted that he would be back the next day to inspect the damage. He did not show up the next day and I left a message after one week and then another message two weeks after the installation. I guess I should not have paid my entire bill because he did not return my calls and they took 3 months to address this issue.
