Ecoline Windows recently replaced all the windows and our front doors. Ecoline team removed our single kitchen door and replaced it with French doors. The installation team worked very hard yet were able to keep everything clean inside our home. The workers were always in good spirit and worked hard to complete the job. Any questions or concerns that we had were addressed immediately and either explained or resolved.
We contacted ECOLINE WINDOWS on the recommendation of a close friend because we needed to replace our old leaky windows. We received prompt response from the first call to the booking of our install and follow up once the job was done. The process went smoothly, within 4 days 19 new windows and a new double front door were completed. New windows and doors look great, for now we are happy costumers.
I am very satisfied with Ecoline Windows. Ed and his crew did excellent work installing the windows and finishing the interior. Pavlo the project manager was patient, took the time to explain things and was a easy to deal with. We got all the windows done before the winter so that the home will be comfortable and energy efficient.

Want to say thanks to Dmitry, he should win the salesman of the year award! He was great at knowing what we wanted and getting it done. Thanks to the installation technicians who did a good job of installing. We had aluminium windows with metal flanges to be removed in order to install new windows and I was concerned that my stucco is gonna get damaged. I can now say that the guys were very accurate and took the time to properly remove the old windows so that the new ones will fit properly without any damage. Thanks again.
We recently purchased an older home and needed to replace all of the windows. We searched online for a window company that seemed to fit our needs and came up with EcoLine Windows. We booked an appointment for a free in-home consultation. We had specific requirements regarding some interior casing that we wanted done on our windows. The installation crew was prompt and efficient. We had one minor complaint after everything was done regarding some debris left, we phoned the office and first thing the next morning company's rep showed up to clean everything. Overall we love our new windows and are very happy with the quality and service provided by EcoLine Windows.
The overall experience was just fantastic. From the initial consultation with Dmitry to the completion. We got an amazing installers who showed respect to our home and made sure to paint the interior trims after the windows were installed and finished. We also had a new front door. Ten windows in total and a new front door in just 2 days. Wonderful workmanship and exceptional service. I would recommend EcoLine Windows to all my friends. Cannot beat their products and services. We've been working with Ecoline Windows for a few years now, step by step replacing all the windows in our home. While the initial installation was a bit longer then originally promised (the bay window was probably miss-measured, so they had to delay the installation and get the right size bay), it was their dedication and sincere approach to make it perfect (even at their own cost) that made us go back to them time after time. We've replaced virtually all of our windows with triple glazed and the difference has been absolutely remarkable. For years we dealt with condensation on the inside of our windows anytime the temperatures dropped below -15C. Which no longer the case. It is much more comfortable in the summer as as well without having our air conditioning working. We've worked with Eric and Jen in the office and they've always been very helpful, attentive and considerate to our needs. In regards to the installation - we've gotten to know Mark very well and he is always professional and gets the job done well and quickly. They show up on time and the job site is clean when they leave.
We needed to replace some of windows in our home. Some were getting old (the bay windows) while others simply don't provide enough insulating value. We received an estimate from one of the "big" window companies in Edmonton but was disappointed at the level of information and general attention provided by the salesperson. If someone isn't going to make an effort at a sale, how much can you count on the company doing anything if something goes wrong with the windows? We went with Ecoline because of their very professional attitude from our first contact with them. Their cost was similar to the estimate provided by the "big" window company but I believe that Ecoline has a superior product. We were very pleased with the installation and how the windows look. The installation crew worked hard and were very respectful of our home. The job took a bit longer than the original estimate but that's because their work was delayed by high winds. We have some additional windows to replace next year and we certainly will be using Ecoline again. It was a pleasure doing business with them!
We had seven triple-pane windows installed by Ecoline Windows in March 2011. Ed and his crew were clean, courteous and got the tricky installation done very quickly. They responded to all of our questions and provided a detailed tutorial on the operation and maintenance of our new windows. We would use Ecoline Windows again and will have no problem of referring them to our friends. For vinyl window installation these guys are a great choice.
