    New windows

    We replaced the last window in our renovated 60’s bungalow This was the forth visit by Ecoline. We like their products and trust the install process. I have and will continue to recommend Ecoline.

    Installation of windows

    I just had 10 windows replaced in my home by Ecoline and I’m 100% satisfied. The installers were professional, cleaned all areas thoroughly and polite! In particular, Oleg, who went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied with their work. My entire experience with Ecoline has been wonderful. Highly recommend!

    Windows

    I had a wonderful experience dealing with ecoline from start to finish. Initially I dealt with Alex who was incredible, showing us different window options, answering all our questions, and explaining the differences between their company/ installation vs others. Alex was very responsive to messages and was patient with me during the ordering process. The installation process was also incredible. It was a 3 day process since we got all the windows changed and Sasha's crew was amazing! The quality of their work is amazing. They also found out that we had no insulation around the basement windows and told me if I picked up some insulation they could install it for me. They went above and beyond and the windows look wonderful. They were very professional and kind. I will use ecoline in the future to replace any doors/windows.

    window replacement reno

    nick was very professional, on time cleaned up after himself,left no mess ,,went the extra mile and above to keep me happy ..awsome service and workmanship

    Window and Door Replacement

    Ecoline replaced three windows for me 5 years ago and did an amazing job so I hired them again to replace the remaining 10 of my windows and backdoor. They were able to match the windows and trim exactly even after three years! The product and installation is high quality, the people were friendly throughout the process and the price was competitive to other local companies.

    My experience from start to finish was a great one. Ecoline took extremely good care of my home and I'm thrilled with the results.

    New Windows for 36 year old home

    FOR WINDOW INSTALLATIONS, March 2022: The 3 workers came to our place at the established time of arrival. The head of the team explained clearly what the process would be, the three worked calmly and as a team keeping us inforemed on the progress of the installation respecting our space and our property. The work was thorough and cleanup was done efficiently and completely once the work was done. We highly reccomend Ecoline for your window replacement projects.

    Unprofessional Installation, Lack of Service

    Very unprofessional. I used Ecoline only because they promised to install the windows in time for me to sell the house. Installation was very unprofessional and dealing with the service department afterwards to repair damage is impossible. The installer damaged stucco on every door and window installed and did not seal windows properly. Ecoline refuses to make repairs. No qualified home inspector would consider these windows acceptable. See before and after photos. After photo shows an example of improper sealing and exposed stucco mesh.

    Ecoline Windows has the written confirmation from you, confirming that there were some major cracks to the stucco prior to the installation. Various pictures, made by our crew before installation, also prove it, together with the recording of the phone conversations, where you are indeed confirming that you were expecting installers to fix the cracks that occurred way before the windows installation. Taking into account that the purpose of your review is to blackmail our company and to soil our reputation for no reason, we are forced to transfer your file to the legal department. Your warranty for windows will be voided until then.

    Windows & Blinds

    Just had our new Ecoline Windows installed and absolutely LOVE them!! Right from the original quote from Vladimir, the amazing installation job by ( Alex & Vlad ), the ladies in the office that helped with payment, to finally Anastasiia with all the wonderful help with the new blinds!! THANK YOU for all the HELP, answering the thousands of questions and just making this process very easy!!
