I ordered windows and doors for full replacement for my house in July - i was told they would be able to install in 2 months. it is now 3 months later and they are giving me a potential earliest date of yet another 6 weeks!!!!

Edmonton Stage Windows by Ecoline Windows through Costco did a fantastic job! We were a bit worried how this would all work out but we were pleasantly surprised how everything worked out perfectly! Every layer of the process was impressive; from the professional sales rep coming out to knowledgeably answer all our questions, explain the process, highlight potential issues and provide samples of the product quality, to the gentlemen who then came out and carefully measured everything with such precision, and finally to the 3 installers that were respectful, clean and amazingly knowledgeable in installing our two windows. It will be interesting to see how the windows fair over the winter. If so, we will be hiring them again for additional work! One recommendation to the company is that they should hire additional staff in customer service to deal with the high volume of installations. We would definitely recommend Stage Windows by Ecoline Windows to our family and friends!

Ecoline Windows did a great job on our new windows! They look amazing and really help keep the house warmer. The installers were super friendly and got everything done quickly with no mess left behind.

From the quote process to the installation, they were professional and so easy to work with. We are very happy with the work and will not hesitate to use them again and recommend them to others.

I found ecoline through Costco website right from start to finish of the door was a great experience. Attention to detail of finding the right door for us to sideline Kate was very clear and professional. The installers were very meticulous and the supervisor made sure it was our liking! Oleg, his crew and Costco exceeded our expectations for our window and door installation. Measurements were taken 3 or 4 times (by different people), windows fit perfectly, arrived when expected/scheduled, installers were on time, neat, efficient, and polite. Communication was excellent, price was very fair. Windows come with 25 year warranty so we will continue to monitor and hopefully, not need any warranty claims. Thanks Oleg. This was not a small purchase but Oleg and his crew made us feel comfortable with our choice and our investment. We highly recommend them.

I found ecoline windows through Costco advertising. Im very happy with the windows and doors. The process from beginning to end went smoothly. Andres was very good at explaining how everything was going to go. The installers worked hard all day to get the job done. Beautiful windows!
