Very satisfied with the purchase and installation of my 4 windows. I highly recommend Ecoline windows for your next upgrade to home. Ashley the sales rep was very knowledgeable and answered all our questions and concerns on which windows would best suit us. On the day of installation the 2 man crew had my windows installed and everything cleaned up by early evening.Will definitely be a returning customer for the remaining windows to be done in the near future.

We received damaged doors and damaged frame after 3weeks of installation nobody contacted us Now it's very hard to contact them We get pushed to pay upfront for the service and now there is no communication with these people

Our 12 unit condo complex in Twin Brooks selected Ecoline to replace our windows with new energy efficient models. Their sales rep did an excellent job profiling their product and the installation process to our owners. We wanted window insertion versus full frame replacement. The installers were professional and diligent, demonstrating a strong attention to detail and cleaning up after their work was completed. We did have some challenges communicating with the administrative staff to confirm the installation schedule for our complex. We did work this out but it is difficult to reach specific office staff due to their centralized call centre. We did work this out, but it took some effort. We had some concerns about some installation details at two of the 12 units but these were addressed promptly by their chief installer and a plan to resolve our concerns has been developed. Would recommend Ecoline Windows for your window replacement needs.

The installers were great and I am pleased with the whole experience. With both Joel Notaes and the installers. Thank you for your courtesy and patience with me. The installers were able to get all the windows out with the frames. So far I have been able o get rid of one patio door and the kitchen window. Thank you for helping me save some of the stuff from going to the landfill.

Had 7 windows replaced. The Sales, Scheduling and Installers were professional and helpful with any question I had. The Installers left the work site clean after installation.

I have hired Ecoline Windows a number of times over the years, first to replace my windows, but this time to replace a door. I keep returning to them because they are second to none. From the quote process - the company comes in, they listen to my needs and work within my budget with zero upselling. Once contract is signed, a final measurement is taken (measure twice, cut once!) to ensure the windows/doors fit to spec. Installation - they have always arrived on time, the installers have been very pleasant to deal with and when finished they leave the area as they found it - clean-up is best, thank you! Finished product - having had a total of 7 windows replaced and now one outer door, I have no complaints with the product and they have all held up beautifully to date. I have one more door to replace probably in a couple years, and they can expect my business again at that time. If you are looking to replace some windows or doors, don't hesitate to give them a call, they will definitely look after you.

We had a great experience with Ecoline Windows. The windows look great! We can tell they have kept house much cooler this summer and we run the air conditionally much less than previous years. We are hoping they will also help improve our heating bill as well this winter. The salesman was very helpful and informative and the men that installed the windows were very professional, polite and tidy. We've only had them 2 months but so far we haven't had any issues and if we do I'm sure this company would take care of them. I would highly recommend Ecoline.
