    Window Install and Extra Touch

    Ecoline Windows are a company that I recommend to anyone. My whole home has Ecoline Windows. I had one of my last windows replaced and ask that they cover the wood paneling around the window so I did not have to paint. The job that Vlad and Dimitri did was outstanding.

    Windows Installation

    Excellent service and great product. Great customer service and quote was given with great suggestions and options. I am very satisfied with their professionalism and job completed on given time frame. Will get their services for doors and other windows in near future. Highly recommend Ecoline windows. Thank you!

    New window install

    We had a few window places come to do estimates. we went with Ecoline for a few different reasons. They arrived and got right to work. Stayed the whole day with no breaks. Worked very hard and did a great job. Very pleased. Ivan did a great job! would hire them again and would highly recommend them and Ecoline windows.

    Ecoline new windows and sliding doors - full house

    I brought in 3 different companies in to quote on new windows and sliding doors for the entire house, Ecoline was mid priced but seemed to have the most energy efficient windows and they were Canadian made. The sales person (Dmitry) was very professional and easy to work with so we decided to go with Ecoline. I was a bit concerned the windows and installation would be delayed but they delivered right at the end of the original 3 month time range that was provided when we signed the contract. Install was entirely done over one day.

    Front and Rear Entrance Doors

    We recently purchased front and back entrance doors from Ecoline for our older home. Doors are of excellent quality and appearance and installation was superb. New interior moldings around doors included. We highly recommend! Customer service is excellent.

    Just don't do it

    Just the worst service you can imagine. Constantly miss appointments that they've scheduled with you or send crew without the necessary equipment to complete the scheduled task; absolutely no respect for the customers time. Even after many complaints and being reassured by the regional service manager the problems continue. This project is now over 15 months and still not complete. Not only that but they tried to make me pay for a second storm door when they ordered the wrong one. And their ability to manage multiple projects for the same customer is poor to non-existent. Another problem is that they don't inspect the product before delivering or even installing it and then just install poor quality products or damaged products. From there it will take at least another 3 or 4 appointments, if not more, to replace the damaged item. I don't know about everyone else but my time is worth money; each appointment is time I'm taking off of work. This project alone I've must have had so far at least 12 appointments, not even exaggerating. Looking at some of the bad reviews posted I really do believe every single one as they tell the trend of how this company deals with their mistakes. It's nice when everything works out correctly but these stories tell you how these guys behave when they don't and what these customers have to go through to get it rectified. I will never recommend this company to anyone in my lifetime. 15 months and the project's still not done!

    Window Installation

    This is our second time using this company. They installed windows upstairs a few years back and this week we had the lower windows completed. From the quoting process through installation it was a pleasure dealing with this Ecoline and we are thrilled at the quality of the product and the installation process. Efficient and tidy! We’ve just ordered our new doors at a $4000 less price than the competitors. We highly recommend this company!

    New windows supplied and installed

    We could not be happier with the Ecoline windows that we ordered this year. We did have to wait a little longer than normal but that was Covid related. The installation was on time, and done very professionally by Michael and Nicolai.

    Windows Replacement with Ecoline Windows

    I recently had 4 of my living room windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. The initial consultation process was great, they took the time to explain the differences between the products and make recommendations based on what I needed. The installation process was also fast and straightforward and the windows look and work great! Everyone I have dealt with is professional and friendly. I would definitely work with them again in the future and highly recommend to anyone.

    windows for whole house

    The young men where very nice . Did a wonderful job. Thwy always lwt us know what tbey were going to do next. We highly recommend them for any window projects that you need to have done.
