UPDATE
3 months after paying deposit and still don’t have our blinds
Late August we booked Eco-Line to install windows and blinds, a deposit was paid and measurements were taken. Sept 27 the windows were installed (see review above). It is now Nov 27 and we STILL do not have our blinds. There has been minimal communication from the company. As recently as the beginning of the week we phoned them and were told the blinds should be in by the end of the week. Here it is, Saturday, and still not a word from them. To go two months without window coverings, especially when it gets dark so early and we have our lights on, is unacceptable. To have no progress reports on when installation will finally take place is unacceptable. To wait this long is also unacceptable. I highly recommend going elsewhere for your blinds needs and will not recommend this company for blind service to anyone.
