    Window Replacement

    Nik and Mike exceeded all my expectations. My windows are so beautiful, I am exceedingly happy with my overall experience with this company. Very good value for the money!! Thank you Ecoline

    Ecoline Windows

    Sales person Alex Havkin was professional, personable and reliable. There was a couple month wait for the windows to be made due to Covid and being very busy. Installation was Mid January 2021. Installation team was very efficient, professional, safety conscious, clean and super quick. We had 5-6 installers show up and we had 10 windows done in one day without issue. Love the windows, the price point was highly competitive to the other quotes we received. We would highly recommend this firm and are considering window coverings from the same company.     Window Replacement

    Installers arrived on time, were very courteous and did an excellent installation of the window. Work area was cleaned and no debris left. The entire installation was done in a timely manner.

    House windows

    The installation went so trouble free They were very polite and keep my house clean They showed up earlier then I was expecting that morning and went straight to work Answered any of my questions I had I would definitely use Eco windows again down the road if I have another project

    Great product and service

    I was referred to this company by a friend. The reception I received in my initial call was very friendly and knowledgeable. The installation was done with great care and precision and the installers were very helpful in answering my questions. Top notch company!

    Windows

    They where good my husband was home when they put in your windows I just got home when they where putting in living room window they where really friendly and clean up they mess I 4 windows done

    Windows and door renovation

    In the past I had use Ecoline Windows, to install all my upper windows in the living room, dining room, and bedroom. There services were always professional and positive. I do appreciate their workmanship and their passion for providing quality services. In addition, due to Covid 19, and all the restrictions that were being implemented. They finally came in on December 15th, and installed 3 more windows in the basement, and the front door. The windows and door look great.

    No clarity about when windows will be installed or compensation for delays

    Working with the company to resolve issues. So far they have been responsive to my concerns. I ordered 3 windows for my basement in earlty September 2020. Ecoline promised to intall them by end of October or early November. In November received a call to schedule the installation for early December. The week before the installation I was told they had to cancel the appointment and reschedule for late January or early February. But it is not certain whether they will have an installer available. I also don't want my windows installed in the middle of winter. I inquired about installation for spring but they are not sure what things will be like even then. Inquired about a refund for my deposit, they cannot do it. Inquired about some compensation and was told they will only let me know after windows are installed to make sure I'm happy with their service. Their answer about compensation does not make sense to me. I understand we are in the middle of a pandemic but the sales person should have considered that as a factor before promising quick installation. I don't recommend dealing with this company.

    Window replacement Five windows.

    The entire process was very professional. The sales person, installers , and service department were amazing. Our house is 1970’s engineered home. Back in the day home were built to last forever. So the installation was a tough job. The installers did an amazing job. Very pleased. Well done.
