    Window Installation

    Ecoline was amazing. The assessment and estimate came in very quickly, and they helped walk us through the rebate process to make it as cost effective as possible. They delivered on schedule, and never over promised which I appreciated. And the attention to detail by the installation team was flawless. They took extra care to ensure that all the finishing touches were perfect, and cleaned up as if they weren’t there (we volunteered to vacuum). Communication, service, product all exceeded our expectations!

    Windows

    Salesman was very informative and prompt. The installers were very efficient and clean up was done after work every day . When the installer did the garage window he went above and beyond to finish the window inside as the garage wasn’t finished .

    Door Replacement

    I've had two windows, a sliding patio door, and just this week two exterior doors replaced by Ecoline Windows. Their service hasalways been fantastic, and both their consultants and installers have been curteous, knowlegable, and all around professional. Our door installers were Nikoli and Michael; they did a fantastic job, and we couldnt be happier with our new doors, which have made our home noticeably warmer.

    New Windows

    I recently had Ecoline Windows replace windows in my 100 year old character home. (I had them do half last year, and the other half this year) I was very concerned about keeping the 'look' of the house and not damaging any of the original wood trim. The salesman was very knowledgeable and took his time to make sure that I was ordering exactly what I had in mind for the project. He clearly explained my options, as well as the pros and cons of the different products. They kept me updated on the project and installation through the covid delays. The installers were friendly, punctual, and left no mess behind. The office staff called regularly to make sure there were no issues. I am beyond happy with their service. The end product is exactly what I wanted and the prices very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone!

    Nice product

    The installation was done in time, clean up was good, sales office was quick with communication and very happy with the product. Sales representative was very professional and productive. Recommend all.

    Window purchase and installation

    I live in an older home (70 yrs) and wanted my static main front window replaced with one that opened for better ventilation. It is a typical ¼ , ½, ¼ structured window with the complicating factor of an aluminum awning over the window with support arms attached to the original wooden frames. The idea was to replace the window in sections, leaving the wood frames and the awning in place. This was not going to be a standard insert. Ali and his assistant persevered, and in the end the leaving the wood frame would not work, as the awning arms prevented the side vent window from cranking open. Ali did not give up, he reattached the support arms to the side sashes and resolved the issue, which included total removal of the old wood frame. I am very satisfied with the window (quality) and the quality of the install. Ali ensured the original interior moldings (3 1/2 inch flat mount moldings) were reattached. The finished product is very satisfactory, and I am grateful for the thoughtful work Ali undertook. It took problem solving to complete this job and I am grateful that Ecoline’s installers have the ability to apply their critical thinking skills to get the job done.

    Kitchen window replacement

    We are very pleased with the new kitchen window. It makes the room seem larger and brighter. The installers were very proficient and pointed out numerous characteristics of the old and new windows that made us glad to have replaced the old one! The finishing is also excellent, matching our woodwork much better than the old one did.

    Second floor window replacements done earlier this year at our home. Clean, professional and extremely fast. Great communication throughout the entire process. Would highly recommend Ecoline for your future project!

    Installation of patio door.

    We love our new patio door. The installers Nic and Michael where great, they were professional and cleaned up the mess during the installation. They also paid attention to detail. We had a small issue with the lock after they left. Contacted Ecoline and Nic and Michael came back and fixed the issue. We live in Lethbridge and it is a 2 hour drive, but they returned for a 5 minute fix. I would recommend Ecoline to anyone wanting doors or windows replaced. Great job.

    Windows Replacement

    Aug 2020 I live in Mission BC, we decide to get rid of old mouldy poorly insulated windows. Called 3-4 window companies of lower mainland but response from each company was not up to the mark and satisfactory. When I called Ecoline windows, appointment was fixed for next day and “Serge” from sales department came to give us presentation about the product. Salesman and presentation was very professional. “Final sale. “ Windows were made on time as promised but the Covid restrictions were so tight, they couldn’t install till Jan 2021. But office team was in touch with me from the day one and was updating every situation and guiding me to apply for rebates from BC Hydro and FortisBC and I qualified for Double rebate bcoz windows are energy efficient certified. And finally long delay (Thanks to Covid:( ) came to end. Installation team showed up on time according to schedule. Installers were so professional and thorough with the content, very well organized team. Started on time and finished on time, was doing clean up every day before leaving. And the final cleanup after finishing the project was excellent. No damage done inside out. All the garbage and old windows were taken care , every single glass was cleaned inside out. Each window was properly seated and trims were put in place. Office team was calling me every day during installation to make sure everything is going smooth. Every one in the house felt big difference of heat loss within couple of hours, house was more cosy than ever. Furnace was taking long breaks, was not running like crazy as it was before. Overall best decision of my life to get the windows replaced by Ecoline Windows. Even though project is finished but the awesome team is still in touch with me. Thanks everyone for making it happen safely during this Pandemic. Special thanks to “Serge “ who made the deal final.
