    Kitchen bay window

    We needed to replace the double pane with triple pane bay windows above the kitchen counter . Econoline windows came and gave us an estimate of cost, time and installation date. We accepted and they delivered. Very professional, no regrets. Highly recommended.

    Dishonourable, unreliable....turned our windows into portholes....

    The worst service I have experienced...no apologies, no attempts to right their wrongs....arrogant. Ordered windows in August and was told by the sales person they COULD be as early as the end of September, but possibly into mid-October. Sales person never again visited us, called us...until we found out they messed up the order...and although we actually pointed out a house that he looked at with us, they looked nothing like that home's windows. The glass was the big issue on 4 out of 5 of the windows ordered....We refused the two largest windows and they had 16 square inches less of glass... They would have ruined our character home... So far no response to return our $900 deposit, although we paid for the 3 windows that we let them install. WE ARE NOT IMPRESSED .... RECOMMEND? NEVER! What is the saddest as for their business practices is that we have given them every opportunity to make amends which any reputable company would have....We accepted 3 windows, and one we actually like...but we paid very dearly for them... We are commencing legal action if we don't get our deposit back.

    Replacement of Windows

    We had Ecoline replace all windows in our home in 3 stages, over a three year period. At our request, the same team of installers performed the work. The complete experience was excellent. The team was courteous and did a great job.

    Terrible customer service

    replacement window never arrived...Eina (regional manager) does “not have a boss” so no one can help us....would never recommend this Ecoline in Edmonton. Have done so in the past but deeply regret that!

    I Shall Return

    The representative was super nice and professional, he explained to us the different types of windows and pros and cons of each. The installers were professional and friendly. They made sure the house was clean before their departure. The windows are fantastic! They keep the cold out way better than our old windows, we don't regret it!

    New Windows

    Ecoline installed 3 new windows for us in the spring. We were very impressed right from start to finish. Our salesman,Sergey, was very thorough, showing us all the features and advantages of their windows. The installers arrived promptly on time and installation was completed in 3 hours without little disruption to the household. If it weren't for the new windows, you wouldn't know they'd been there...cleanup was impeccable. I would highly recommend this company.

    two new bedroom windows

    I had issues with condensation build up (turning into ice) on two of my older windows from a renovation - so I was in need of window replacements. I had a few companies come to provide estimates for windows but the reason why I went with Ecoline was because of the time the salesperson took to educate me about their products. I am very happy with their windows and now there is no condensation issues.

    Revamping Home Windows

    Accommodated me for a rush order, sales staff very responsive to all my inquiries. Professional and efficient installation. Installers cleaned everything up after the job was completed. Completely satisfied with the new windows.

    Master Bedroom Window

    I Asked three companies for a quote, one did not even responded, the second one had to be chased around to respond but the people at Ecoline came to my house right away and perform a quote on the spot. The sales people were very diligent and followed up on all the paperwork and energy efficiency rebates. The window was manufactured before the promised by date, The installers were very professional and clean up everything after finishing. Overall I'm very happy with the value for the price and the service experience. I recommend Ecoline windows to anyone.

    Great Job!!!

    Eco-Line Windows are really fantastic in terms of fancy looking, price-competition, quality, and services. The site foreman, Denis, did a great job during the installation since it was so challenging in my house. I really want to say thank-you to Denis. Recommend!!!
