    Basement window installation

    Was having a difficult time finding a company that would replace only one window. Ecoline sent a representative who provided a quote and time frame which the company adhered to. The installation was quick and efficient. Completed within an hour. They were all very professional and friendly. The cost was actually less than buying a window myself and finding someone to install it.

    Good customer service

    We ordered 3 basement windows and 3 main floor windows from Ecoline. The main reason we went with this company was the customer service, I had ask for quotes from 4 other companies, of that 2 did not even respond to my request, 1 took 2 months to get us a quote back (by that time I had already ordered from Ecoline) and the other 1 that actually got us a quote back on time was not responsive to follow up questions. Ecoline was the only company that responded to us in a reasonable amount of time, mostly the same day. The guys installing we on time within the time frame provided, cleaned up after themselves, got it all done in one day and did a very nice job saving the old trim and putting it back on after. Overall very good company to work with. We have also purchased an entrance way door for our rental and just purchased another large window for our place. Highly likely will purchased more windows from them again for the in-laws house. The responsive customer communication and service is what really sold us on Ecoline. Also high quality products, their windows are performing much better than the Lux windows that were installed last year (2017) by the person we bough the home from, which are also double pane glass with argon gas.

    New windows

    We love our new windows! We have noticed a significant difference in how much lower the thermostat needs to be set at. The view is fantastic. Opening and closing is a breeze. The best part is that I can clean them without having to listen to my husband lament "didn't we just clean the windows?" The salesman, the guy who measured and the workers were all very efficient!

    Window Replacement

    I shopped around for windows this past spring. I called 3 companies and all three were very similar in pricing. The reason I decided to go with Ecoline Windows was because their salesperson was very experienced (I believe he was even an installer at one time). He knew the product very well, he followed up on his call. The other companies just dropped a quote and were never heard from again. That was okay as I felt most comfortable with Sergey. Once we agreed to use Ecoline, the follow up from Eric was great, always pleasant and follow up with an email after the call. The day of installation - they arrived as scheduled. They had a crew of 3 and finished with 4 guys. These guys meant business, they showed up to work and they didn't stop for coffee or lunch. They hardly chit chatted other than what they were working on. The post installation follow up has also been great. They have called a couple of times to make sure we are happy with the windows and installation. Would definitely recommend.

    Window Replacement

    This summer we replaced (6) windows on the second floor and patio doors on the main floor of our house. Eco Line provided a very knowledgeable consultant who explained the value of triple pane windows, as well as giving us a very competitive price. The installation was completed in one day by 2 expert installers who worked quickly and efficiently and did a great job with cleanup. After installation we found the panes on the patio doors cloudy and immediately reported this to Eco Line. We were put in touch with Alex who worked with us to have the panes replaced. We were disappointed that it took 4 months to get replacement panes but all through the process Alex kept us informed as to the problem the company was coping with at the factory. Overall we were very impressed with the product and service and would recommend Eco Line to others.

    Poor Customer Service

    Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. The installers seem to do great work, but the office is so poorly organized it will cost you money and sanity. What was meant to take 2 days for installation took 8 because the wrong parts were ordered etc. Never an apology and never took responsibility including refusing to replace a casing that cracked after installation. If you take a minute to properly decipher their posted reviews, you'll also realize most of them have been written by friends and not real clients. Save yourself the trouble, find a different company with better customer service.

    Mr. Loranger was trying to remove interior casings from the inside of the house and damaged it in the process. This is not covered under a warranty and will not be possible to replace them free of charge. Ecoline Windows never denies a proper service that is covered under both product and labour warranty for period of 25 years. Ecoline Windows has more than a thousand positive reviews spread between various social media web sites and it is charming to realize that we have so many good friends willing to post for us.

    5 windows replaced

    The windows are more than I expected. I have received compliments from all my friends and they have asked what company I bought them from. My answer -- Remember the brochure delivered in the mail from Ecoline? Right from the salesman to the guy who did the measurements to the installers I couldn't have asked for more professional workers ! I had things explained for each step. What a great experience and what a great company. I have and will continue to recommend Ecoline for window & door replacements

    Window Replacement

    We had 9 windows replaced and the process was smooth from quotation to installation. The windows were ordered and we were asked if we could wait until September for installation. We were not in a hurry so agreed. Halfway through the summer we received an email updating us on our order. At the beginning of September, we received a phone call asking us when we wanted the windows installed and we picked a date that worked for us. The installers immediately laid down paper so as not to mess our floors. They worked quickly and efficiently and cleaned up after themselves. We had laid plastic on our furniture because we were expecting this to be a messy job but likely didn't need to as there was very little dust produced. They provided insulation in areas that were lacking. Thy trimmed out the windows and this was included in the cost. We had received three quotes initially and Ecoline was the most reasonable and came with the most "extras". We love our windows and would definitely recommend Ecoline to others.

    Better than others we contacted

    When we were looking for a reliable company to do the windows on our house, we contacted many companies. Some would not even come out for a quote unless the job was over several thousand dollars. Many had prices that seemed way too high, even for quality window products. But when we contacted Econoline Windows, they were happy to give us a quote that utilized impressive and accurate software after they took careful measurements of our location. Even though we decided not to do all the windows we had originally planned to do, they were still happy to take on the smaller job. Their installers waere professional and efficient. We found the quality of the product to be excellent. In spite of this, their quote came in significantly less than quotes we got from other well known companies. I would not hesitate to recommend Econoline Windows to anyone who has a window project, large or small.

    House Window Replacements

    This summer (2018) we replaced all of our windows in our house (12). The salesman was very knowledgeable and the product (triple pane) was a good choice. The installer knew his job and did a great job especially on some difficult basement windows. There was a bit of an issue with the finished outside look but the company was willing to work with us. Just be very clear as to what you want in the end (document it). One window needed replacing (manufacture flaw) and that was taken care of from order to replacement. They took care of the Home Improvement Program Rebate forms, but keep on top of that process yourself by keeping in contact with them. So far we are happy with the choices we made with the product and the company.
