Tony is amazing. We've had him come with us to inspect a number of houses before purchase. He is always responsive to our time-lines and would drop things to meet us, though we live across town. He provides three services in one: home inspection, mold/water leakage inspection AND a checklist for what we'd need to do to fix up the home if we get it (ie. a care and maintenance plan of sorts). He's caring and diligent--you can walk beside him asking questions as he does the inspection, and at the end you will know a whole lot about the house you may be buying. He's thorough but practical - he's found asbestos, mold, knob & tube wiring and leaks in some of the older Beach houses he's inspected for us but is able to give a balanced opinion as to the risks/how to remedy these if we want the house. When we got outbid on some of these fixer uppers, Tony was right there commiserating with us. After a lengthy search, with Tony's assistance on yet another house inspection, we've found a home we love and can feel confident in our purchase. I highly recommend Tony, and wouldn't go with anyone else. He's definitely worth all the 10/10 ratings. Evadne.

Tony was referred to me by a friend and the service that Tony provided was "AMAZING " This is my first time purchasing a home and when I met up with Tony I explained to him if possible if he could show me and educate me on becoming a successful home owner step by step. Well he did !!! He was extremely patient and showed me everything there is to know . I will have to say the services that Tony provided were above and beyond exceptional. Tony preformed our mold and house inspection at the same time, he was very detailed, offered many suggestions and tips. Infrared moisture thermal meter was super helpful in knowing where we were having weak spots or losing insulation. He also took time to explain problems step by step, as well as possible future problems. We spent a lot of time on the phone after receiving mold report. Twice. He knows the staff and also recommends contractors if you ask. Always picking up the phone, never pushing on time. We were very pleased with the level of service and do recommend him to my friends and business partners.

I listed my home for sale, and a prospective buyer put in an offer contingent on fixing several issues I was unaware of. My realtor notified me, the issues were found during home inspection, by Tony Muscat. I was out of town during the sale of my home, so my realtor dealt with the buyer's home inspector. She was so impressed by his work, she said I should get him to inspect any home I wanted to buy. Even after the purchaser's realtor and my realtor showed me where the issues were in the home, there was little or no visual evidence of any problem. I ended up using him. and Tony did an excellent job at finding issues. He also took the time to explain them step by step, as well as possible future problems, or how easy/difficult things were to fix. His keen eye for detail, and use of specialized tools found imperfections in the home that my realtor and I both missed, even after visiting the property on 3 separate occasions. I will use Tony for the next home I buy (within a year or so), and I highly recommend his services. While there maybe less expensive home inspections available, an inspection that misses possible problems will cost you far more than you saved in the long run.

Tony was more than knowledgeable when it came to the inspection of my newly purchased condominium. Tony Muscat provided excellent service, was on time. Explained issues technically and in laymen terms. Took a lot of pictures, report was very easy to read and understand. Was very patient in answering all my questions. Had all the necessary equipment and gadgets needed to do a home inspection. Definitely recommended for any type of inspections.

Tony was great! He was very thorough and walked through the house with us inside and out pointing out every little detail. Tony is very knowledgeable and equally personable. He answered all calls promptly, arrived when he said he would, explained what he could do and what he would not do. He explained the value of the information. With the report, he gave information to us on what we could safely remediate ourselves and what we would be best served by hiring a professional. He was very ethical, respectful with my 88 year old mother's concerns about her home. He proved with his instrumentation and infrared moisture identifying tools, where the weaknesses were and how we could fix it.
