    Pre-Sale Condo Cleaning

    I hired Lux to clean our 1 bedroom condo before being photographed and opened to showings for sale. Our condo was on the market for all of 3 days before it sold in a multiple-bid situation for over asking (in comparison to others in our building with similar layouts and features that have been stagnating on the market for 50-60 days with multiple price reductions). All of the bidders commented on how impeccably clean the unit was - a big difference compared to others they had seen listed! I wholeheartedly believe that Lux's outstanding work in prepping our condo for sale was what made the difference and helped us sell so quickly and for so much more than we expected. We'll be sure to use you Lux again soon.

    Rental House Cleaning

    I was blown away with the level of detail and professionalism received from LUX to clean out our quite dirty rental townhouse. The house is now spotless and ready to be shown, and I will definitely use them again and refer them. I really enjoyed working with the whole team. Thanks!!!

    Pre-sale cleaning of condo apartment

    We had to prepare our mother's condominium for sale. It needed a lot of work and had been left vacant for over a year due to illness. The two cleaners from Lux were very good - they spent a full 8 hours cleaning the walls, the kitchen and bathrooms until everything was shining. It was also nice that they used scent free products which worked well, and the smell that had been in the apartment before was mostly gone. We would recommend them to anyone looking for serious, deep cleaning. The only criticism I have is that they asked what my budget was and then charged that amount - which was okay but I would rather have had them tell me what they charge. My budget might have been more than what they would have charged, although not likely.

    Post Reno

    Allan and his team were very professional. On the morning of the clean, his team had a thorough brief of the work that was to be done. 4 hours later, the place was in immaculate condition. Thank you Lux for providing a great service.

    post reno cleaning

    After our recent summer reno, we calld on LUX to the tedious cleaning of the fine dust in our house. They showed up and did a great job, saving us lots of time and aggrivation in doing it ourselves.

    LUX-Best cleaners ever!!!!

    Allan and his team are extremely professional and knowledgeable. My home was beyond spotless when they left. The 3 person team was quiet, respectful and very thorough. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a weekly clean or an occasional clean. LUX is a pleasure to deal with from start to finish.

    House Cleaning

    I just walked into my very CLEAN house and am really pleased with the job that the Lux cleaning team has done today. The house feels truly clean not just superficially clean. One thing I really appreciate is that although everything looks shiny and clean there is no overwhelming smell of toxic cleaning products. The air just seems normal which is great! The crew was punctual and professional getting into every nook and cranny. We have a lot of dark wood surfaces so dust can be very noticeable and now everything looks sparkling clean. The team members were friendly and polite without being too chatty or intrusive. I felt comfortable with them in my house and was able to go about my bussines while they did their work. All of my kitchen/bathroom taps look brand new and the crystals on my chandeliers are radiant! Good Job!

    Residential Cleaning Service

    All cleaners are not created equally – and thanks to LUX I have a chance to experience this each time the LUX Cleaning Team visits our home. As a working mother of two with an extremely busy consulting practice that incorporates two hockey players (without a break in schedule from an NHL lockout), weekends at the rink, evenings doing homework and very little time to prepare meals, entertain or just kick back with my husband and catch-up – my decision to call LUX Cleaning Services Toronto was the smartest thing I’ve done in a long time. Initially I wasn’t thrilled to have strangers in our home (especially since I work our of my home office) – but after their first visit I couldn’t have been more delighted in the quality of cleaning staff that arrived. The LUX team is well trained, arrives with a plan and a course of action that feels like Santa’s Elves are here to save the day. They work quietly, critique each other’s work and explain where they focused their time and energy and where they will next visit (and of course are flexible depending on our needs in the house). Because they work in teams of two, they spend half the time of a cleaning lady yet operate with such efficiency that the job gets done effectively the first time around. They bring their own gentle cleaning products (so I don't have to worry between each visit if I have enough products for their next visit). And best of all they use their own vacuum cleaner so my Miele is safe from any damage that might occur. And as an added bonus – I don’t hear myself complain to my family about cleaning the house anymore (music to my ears and theirs). Having said all of this – I’d recommend LUX to any busy family or individual!

    Deep Clean

    I just walked in to my sparking home after LUX spent the day here doing a deep clean. Wow! Every nook and cranny (and I mean EVERY one) is clean! The windows, window sills, the base boards, showers, sinks, cupboard doors, floors – the whole place – top to bottom, is shining. I have black counter tops in my kitchen and I could actually see my reflection in them, they were that shiny. The two ladies, Raquel and Amanda, were very professional, very efficient and very nice. I would definitely recommend LUX to anyone and look forward to having them back here again. Great job! Thanks Allan!

    House cleaning

    I was extremely pleased with the quality of the cleaning service that was provided. They were very thorough and took the time necessary to do a complete cleaning. They arrived exactly on time and worked hard throughout the time they were there. They were even able to remove the hard water stains in my shower. I would definitely recommend this company when you need a thorough cleaning of your home.
