Lux Cleaning has been cleaning our home every 6 weeks for the past year. After each cleaning I am always amazed at the quality of the cleaning. It is worth every penny! Allan is very professional and is always very flexible in responding to any specific requests I have made. He has sent out several different teams over the year and I have been impressed with each and every team. I cannot tell you how wonderful it is to be able to arrive home at the end of a busy day to a house cleaned top to bottom. Thank you, Lux, for a fantastic job well done! I would recommend this service to anyone.

We are a busy family who live in a big house, and my wife is a clean freak. About two months ago, we started hiring Lux for bi-weekly cleaning based on their excellent reviews on Homestars. The owner Allan is meticulous with his staff training and cleaning proposal, and he puts together a fantastic rotational plan to clean even the sometimes neglected areas of the house. We get the same cleaners every time, Lia and Michelle, and they are so hardworking and wonderful in every way. Both are extrememly professional and polite, and they work very hard from the moment of arrival to make our house spotlessly clean and shine, with 100% consistency every time. We feel very fortunate to have found this company, even our cat Miko loves the ladies! They really are the best.

We have been a client of LUX for two years, and we cannot recomend any higher. Al and his team are consumate professionals, and truly treat our Riverside home with white glove service. Just a few of the biggest difference with the LUX team versus other services we've used are...there is a clear difference in the quality of staff, the team based approach is great - you get more work done and caliber of "clean" is second to none, they care - treating our home and our pets (two dogs) with love and take ownership. If you are looking for an exceptional service, LUX is where you should go.

I have used Lux for both occasional deep cleans of my house as well as a scheduled weekly cleaning service. I have nothing but great things to say about the quality of the work, the well trained, polite cleaning teams and the level of of customer service. It may cost a little more than hiring a cleaning person however the results are worth it.

Allan and his team are amazing and so polite. They do such a wonderful job and never miss a detail. Definitely worth every penny! I wouldn't recommend anyone else in the city.

We are really pleased with the recent post renovation - spring clean we had done. First, the meeting with Al helped us really focus on what needed to be done and what was fine as is. With respect to the cleaning, Lux's attention to detail was incredible - the appliances are spot free, windows are perfectly clean, dust has been removed from all the nooks and crannies of furntiure, scuff marks were removed. Also - Lux really made an effort to accomodate our (ever changing) renovation schedule. It was an awesome job.

My house is so clean after hiring Lux that even the kitchen sink drain stoppers sparkle! We contacted Allan to do a deep clean on our house in preparation for our wedding rehearsal dinner with 20 guests this week. We both work, and travel and there is not enough time to get everything done before the wedding. With a small allergy prone dog, we also wanted eco and pet friendly cleaning products used in my home - and Lux delivered. The team was friendly and courteous with great attention to detail - our floors are squeaky clean, they cleaned under the fridge, and every single slat on every blind in the house is dust free -and that's just the start! We will be using Lux again!

I'm trying to build a business while working p/t, and don't much have time, energy, effort (or much money!) to put toward things outside of this at the end of my days. Upon finding LUX (after looking around for a long time) I was confident that I was doing something good for myself, my life, allowing others to help me, and doing good for the planet. All of these I never expected to find in one local and affordable cleaning service; really, their service has added a level of consistent contentment and peace of mind to my life and routine that really has no price! (I can fully focus on what I need to do, finally!)

Hi Al, Just thought I would give you an update and thank you for informing me right away about the leaking toilet that your team noticed while cleaning. I'm glad it happened when the cleaning crew was there because it was inevitable that it was going to happen. Andrew had the plumber there the next day and he had to change a gasket where the toilet tank water runs into the toilet. Hi Al, I’m just picking up your message today on Sunday, December 12th. Brian and I are very pleased with the service that LUX provided for our home. Lia, Rowena, Maria and Michelle were a perfect delight to have in our home They worked quickly and wonderfully as a team, and everything was beautifully coordinated by Lia. I couldn’t believe all the activity – up on ladders, cleaning windows, blinds, walls, places where we’ve never been, etc. Our bathroom looks fabulous now (it looks like a totally new bathroom. Rowena did a wonderful job). Lia coordinated a wonderful job for our kitchen. The microwave looks like new. Although our kitchen is in badly need of renovation, the gals spruced it up and made it possible to work in for the holiday. Thank you for your great service.
