    Deep cleaned soot from living room

    After a botched chimney cleaning (not Lux), we hired Lux to deep clean all the surfaces and furniture that was covered in soot. They were careful, efficient and knew how to minimize spreading to soot. I would trust them with any difficult cleaning job.

    house cleaning

    LUX is totally professional. The office emails us 24 hours in advance to say exactly when the cleaning team will arrive, the team always arrives on time, and they go about their work quickly, quietly and thoroughly. They're personable and friendly, and the house sparkles when they're done. We prefer a two-person team to a three-person team, and that's usually what LUX arranges for us. (I suspect other people may prefer three, but two works for us, probably because we have a fairly small house.) In any case, Anne Marie is a great team leader. LUX has made house cleaning something we hardly think about any more.

    Bi-weekly Cleaning

    Lux Clean is super reliable. I like that I can not only communicate with the team on site but with the management just as easily. I'm happy to pay a bit more for the consistency of the clean, the ease of offering feedback, and the integrity of paying a fair wage.

    Lux Cleaning

    I love LUX! Tuesdays are my favourite day of the week - I wish the team could come every day! The attention to detail in my home is amazing and the staff are so attentive. The rotational cleaning ensures that my home is always clean top to bottom. Even our pup Molly loves Tuesdays and the attention she receives from the team.     House Cleaning

    We have been so pleased with the Team from Lux Cleaning. The team leader Maria is fantastic and works so hard to make sure everything is perfect. Friendly, efficient and excellent cleaning. The house is spotless! Thanks for all your hard work and dedication.

    Biweekly cleaning

    After our longstanding cleaning lady retired last year I decided to hire Lux cleaning services for our quite large house.. We have been very happy with the cleaning services ( and realize now our house was never thoroughly cleaned in the past!). We have a team of 2 or 3 who clean every 2 weeks and the house always looks great . All the cleaners are personable and friendly and do a great job. It's also nice that if someone is sick, they send an alternate, which means I am never left without cleaning services which used to happen in the past when I relied on one person. The office contacts me the day before to confirm the cleaning start time and they are always completely on time, which I appreciate. I'm always impressed by how much they get done while here- with the cleaning schedule that they follow the house is cleaned top to bottom. Highly recommended

    Maintenance Cleaning

    It is a pleasure to welcome the LUX team into our home bi-weekly. Coni and Andrea are very pleasant, punctual, well organized, diligent and thorough in cleaning. Their schedule includes all of the out of the way spots that are usually neglected or hard to reach. One reason that I chose LUX cleaning service was because I was impressed by LUX's good personnel policies regarding training, remuneration and benefits for their employees. This is reflected In the pride the cleaning team takes in their work and the cheerful attitudes with which they accomplish it. The same is true of the accessible and accommodating office staff such as Lisa, who contacts us before each visit re time of arrival and other information. I would not hesitate to recommend Lux to friends, because they are unique in the quality of service that they provide.

    New home deep clean

    I found Lux on Home Stars and am delighted with their service. I called on a Monday and asked for an intense, deep clean of the large loft I was moving into, asap. They were able to accommodate me on the Wednesday, which was great. They confirmed in detail via e-mail, and arrived on time as promised. The team was friendly and diligent - they not only made every effort to do the best possible job according to the scope agreed, but they actively looked for ways to do more and better. The results were superb - what had been a pretty grimy and grungy loft suddenly looked sparkly and new. Fantastic dedication and flawless quality. Highly recommended.

    pre-sale cleaning

    We were thrilled with the service from quote to execution! Allan and his team of cleaning professionals were friendly, diligent and simply excellent at what they do. Our house literally sparkled when they were finished. Mena, the team leader, was amazing. She was informative and very organized. After the job was finished she took me through the entire house that I could inspect the work. This company is serious about cleaning and they certainly deliver on that promise!
