We recently hired P&P Renovations to completely renovate our kitchen, including adding a pass-through in the wall between the kitchen and dining room, replacing a 30 year old sliding glass door with an equivalent-sized window, re-tiling the floor and backsplash, and installing cabinetry. Natanael and his team (Mauricio, Walter and Israel) did a great job, and put in some very long days to keep the project on schedule as much as possible. We started out with a pretty good idea of what we wanted - we'd chosen cabinets from Ikea, weren't changing the general layout too much, knew that we wanted an island, and the cutout wall. Natanael spent quite a bit of time with us at the beginning refining these plans. He has good ideas and experience about what works well and looks good, but didn't push us to change the scope of our project or do more expensive things we hadn't planned on. We appreciated this about him. He also recommended a counter supplier who gave us a better price on quartz than the Ikea suppliers would have, and did a nice job. Natanael and the rest of the guys were always on time, including the morning that a big snowstorm shut down all the local schools, universities, etc. They were there as planned at 8:15am, ready to replace the window and carry on with the rest of the project. Overall, we were very satisfied and plan to call Natanael again for some other home reno projects in the future.

Cannot say enough good words about the work that Nathaniel and his team do. They are very quality concious, always complete the job on time, stay on budget, always review the tasks that need completing and suggest improvements that make the overall finish execeptional. Several friends and neighbors have looked over the renovations that these guys completed and all are very positive about the quality workmanship and finish of the overall project. Thanks Nathaniel and all the guys that participated and look forward to you completing our first floor later in the year.

Natanael and his crew renovated our basement and we are very pleased with their work. They were always professional, on time and within budget. We did have minor issues with the carpet installers they used but Natanael resolved them quickly. I highly recommend P&P.

I'm an interior designer and I've worked with Natanael on several projects. He's one of the best contractors I've worked with. Professional, on time, on budget, him and his team always go the extra mile to make sure our clients are happy. I always ask Natanael to quote on my projects because he's great to work with and delivers impeccable work every time.

My husband and I are expecting our first baby and we knew we needed to finish our basement in order to provide us more space for the new arrival. Natanael was always on time and always over saw the project. With it being an older home we did run into a few minor obstacles but with Natanael's experince and guidance he managed to provide us with many options and solutions without increasing the cost by much as we needed to work in a tight budget. Renovations can be tough and hard to live through but I can honestly say Nataneal and Octavio made sure we were always happy and everything was done on time. Great group of guys to work with and I would recommend them to anyone!! 10 out of 10!!!

Overall, this was a very positive experience for us. Their professionalism and knowledge, led by Nataneal and Octavio, made the day to day process much easier, as renovations can sometimes be overwhelming. We are very pleased with their work, craftsmanship, and attention to detail in renovating our entire basement, including laundry, rec room, bathroom and kitchen. The job was completed within the projected time frame and we never felt any intrusions as a result of the daily work. They were all very respectful of our home. We would highly recommend this company to anyone wishing to complete a renovation project as we are planning to use their services again in the near future. It's difficult to find a contractor that is proven to know electrical, plumbing and carpentry for a relatively small job as compared to an entire kitchen makeover. A dish washer (new install from scratch) and cabinet was installed within the estimated time and budget. I helped do some basic vacuuming and scrap packaging material cleanup as work progressed to keep the work area from getting to cluttered and it was appreciated. When my toddlers get older I will definitely use their services again to paint the house interior. Great job and thank you for your professional work!

From our first meeting with Nataneal we felt he truly understood our needs and had some wonderful ideas for our "little" renovation. His team: Iraldo, Ariel, Walter, Mauricio and Israel are hard workers with exceptional skills. They were on time, friendly, reliable and cleaned up each evening. The job was finished early and within budget. Nataneal and his crew take pride in their work. He also kept me posted on all aspects of the project during the 3-week process. I would not hesitate to hire them again and again!

Top quality work and very honest. Natanael and his team, Heraldo, Ariel, Mauricio, and Isra did my basement finishing, including buidling a bathroom and installing a hardwood floor. The quality is outstanding. Not a single detail neglected. within budget and schedule. They are so professionnal that if they are not themselves satisfied with something, they redo it. I saw Natanael removing studs that he considered not perfectly installed, and re-installing them. On the customer relationship side, there is something priceless which is that you know that you can trust them; that they do perfectly their work. They explain everything, ask questions and provide excellent advices. They work hard, but in such a wonderful atmosphere. They give the feeling that they like what they do, that it is not a chore. An important thing is that Natanael, who leads the project, was most of the time on site and directed the work. I highly recommend them and will certainly call them for my future projects.

When we decided to find a contractor to finish our basement, we wanted to ensure that the contractor we selected was professional, knowledgable,honest and trustworthy. Natico and his team (Octavio,Hazel,Maurizio) exceeded our expectations from the initial planning stages to the finished basement. They were punctual, very friendly, respective of our property and very flexible to the various changes we requested. Natico provided a lot of excellent suggestions which we would have never thought of. The team worked very hard each day and always cleaned up before they left. We were very impressed with their attention to detail (ie bathroom tiling, painting, dry-walling, framing and trim work). They repositioned pipes and vents in order to create a very clean-look with flat ceilings and walls. Overall, we are very happy with our basement and would definitely use P & P Renovations for other home renovation projects.
