    basement renovation

    Working with Natanael, Antonio and the crew on our full basement renovation was a great experience. Natanael had great suggestions and ideas to help us make the most of the space. The quote provided was detailed and accurate. We had regular weekly meetings to confirm the work that was done and the work that was to be done. The work was done within the planned timeline. We love the finished product and are finally able to use the space in the basement functionally and to its full potential. We plan to work with Natanael and his team again to do some work on our backyard!

    Bathroom and Basement Reno

    Natanael and his team were excellent, start to finish. Very professional, very thorough. Natanael made sure we were on the same page every step of the way, and was very invested in making sure I was pleased with the final result. He takes great pride in his work, and it shows. I would absolutely recommend him.

    Bathroom Renovation

    We needed our ensuite renovated as it hadn't been done since 1965. Natanael and his team not only renovated the bathroom for us but also found a way to give us more space and more light. We are very happy with the renovation and the work that his team did.

    Basement Reno

    P&P General Contractors were introduced to us through a friend that were very pleased with their work. We had the exact same wonderful experience with Nathanael and his team as they helped us work through finishing of our basement reno. I wish I had used them for my complete project start to finish. P&P kept us informed with weekly status meetings. They were extremely helpful resolving issues from our original drawings, previous trade work and limited space we had to work with. As issues arose P&P took the time to suggest both aesthetic and ingenious solutions to keep our reno on track and to code. P&P saved us a bundle with the suggestion of fixing our existing creaky stairs to the second floor instead of replacing them. We love our quiet new/old stairs now. Throughout the project the crew were polite and kept the work area clean for my family, 2 cats and neighbours. P&P’s workmanships is fantastic! They always seemed to deliver above our expectations. Work was done on time and within budget.They worked with our city inspector throughout the project to ensure a smooth closure of our permits. As our reno was nearing completions, we added a few additional projects that had been kicking around (Island stove vent, BBQ gas line, Kitchen Cabinet under lighting) P&P worked them into their schedule and did a awesome job. The subcontractors P&P works with all have the same high standards as well. I will not hesitate in using P&P for our 2nd floor Reno and backyard project.

    Kitchen Renovation

    Recently (Oct. 2019), P & P General Contractors completed the renovation of our kitchen. The work was completed well within the specified timelines and budget. The quality of the finished kitchen exceeded our expectations and has already received stellar feedback from our neighbors and friends. Nataneal is a very professional, skillful and upright individual who consistently gave good, honest suggestions along the way while staying focused on the deliverables. His team is also very skilled, efficient and pleasant and were always receptive to any additional requests. My family and I have no reservations in recommending Nataneal and his team and will also get other projects done from his company in the future.

    Full Kitchen renovation, floors, stairs and celing

    Hands down the best contracting experience I have ever had. The quality of the work was outstanding, VERY detailed oriented and very handy advice on everything you dont think about. Natanael did essentially everything, form designing the kitchen, to recommending materials, décor, suppliers, etc. They dont cut ANY corners, quite the contrary I have multiple examples of them doing way more than what was expected and threw in quite a few additional touches that were not included in the quote, all with no additional cost. They finished the job two weeks early, and did not charge anything extra even though we had quite a few surprises along the way. All the personnel was extremely friendly and pleasant to be around, all very proud of their work and delivering the absolute best. I cant recommend them enough.

    Bathroom renovations

    P&P provided a very reasonable quotation in comparison to 2 other contractors we received. The company provides a full contract with breakdown of the costs which is always important, so that you know where you can add/remove to work within your budget. Natanael in comparison to other contractors is very knowlegeable and provided helpful suggestions. There were 2 workers on site, and the project was completed a few days before targetted finish date. The vanity countertop vendor who P&P used was not very organized. He was suppose to bring samples for selection, was late and when he did show up, only brought 2 small quartz pieces. Then he sent pictures, instead of coming back. I ended up driving out to his store to make selection. Recommendation to P&P is to ensure your vendors provide the same level of service and commitment as your own company. Other than that, the work and results were very nice and we are happy with our bright and updated bathroom. We've used P&P for multiple projects now, so there are good reasons for our repeated business. THANK YOU P&P

    A beautiful new kitchen and staircase from pros -- highly recommended

    There are many great things about working with Natanael, Antonio and his crew, including: -excellent communication -detailed (and accurate) price quote -accurate timelines -weekly meetings to confirm past and future work -lots of great ideas and suggestions throughout -strong subcontractors (electrician, stairs, countertop, and railing specialists worked out great) -very polite (my neighbours mentioned this to me more than once) -very tidy -wonderful end result Natanael and his team did a complete kitchen renovation, including new hardwood, new plumbing, a new heating register, installed new cabinets, countertop, sink, fridge and gas stove. He also removed the doorway into the kitchen and opened up the main floor stairs. As part of the new ceiling work, he also found and repaired two ceiling joists that had been damaged during a previous renovation. The additional cost for the joist repair was very reasonable and didn't delay the work. I'm very happy and very grateful for the hard work and amazing end results that P&P General Contractors provided. I'm planning to use them next year (2020) for some backyard improvements. Highly recommended.

    Bathroom Renovation

    In Sep. 2019, we availed the services of P & P General Contractors Inc. for complete renovation of 3 bathrooms (master bathroom, ensuite and powder room). Our overall experience with Nataneal and his team was very positive and pleasant. Right from the first meeting, Nataneal was extremely professional, prompt and responsive to every communication. He was very clear about the scope of the work and laid down his expectations, while understanding ours, with complete transparency. All his staff members are extremely polite, cheerful and highly skilled which significantly alleviated our concerns about dealing with a contractor. The work was completed right on schedule and within the agreed budget. My family & I are extremely pleased with the quality of their work and have no reservations in strongly recommending P & P General Contractors for all bathroom renovations.

    Kitchen Renovation

    P&P did a great job on our kitchen renovation. We previously used them for a basement renovation 5 years ago and so when we wanted to redo our kitchen, they were an easy choice. Natanael and his team were very thorough, walking us through all the work that was going to be done and how it was going to scheduled. They were extremely clean and were able to complete the project on time. Overall, we were extremely happy with the end result. The kitchen turned out exactly the way we envisioned it. We would highly recommend P&P for any home renovation projects.
