    Main floor remodel

    I found these guys on homestars. After going through several contractors to do the job , i decided on going with P & P Contractors. After going through some personal family issues i told them they have 8 weeks to finish the job. He was confident he can do it... They ended up doing it in 6 weeks through my amasement. Natanael and his crew are a great group of guys, respectful,clean , and just good people. The workmanship left me speechless. I cant thank them enough...

    Full House Renovation

    We had an amazing experience with P&P renovations. Mr nathanial has the most organized and amazing team which did our project without any problems. Everything was done on time and the quality was the best. I would recommend P&P to everyone. Definitely the best in the business

    basement renovation

    Natanael, and his team were excellent. Our basement was fully gutted and the house nearly 50 years old, and Natanael was able to produce great ideas and overcome challenges working in this space. Andres and Oziel were very diligent and communication was excellent. We have received many compliments from friends. We now have a bright modern living space we actually want to spend time in!

    Exterior renovations and window replacement

    This was our fourth time working with P&P and the results were as good as ever. We had to get our eavestroughs and sofits replaced, and took the opportunity to also make a couple of cosmetic improvements -- adding siding to the back of the house and replacing a main-floor window at the front of the house. As always, Natanael was a pleasure to work with, and the job came in on time and on budget. The crews that Natanael uses are without exception professional and polite.

    Upstairs Bathrooms, Main Floor Powder Room and Basement, Laundry, Main Floor

    We've had the pleasure of working with P&P and the team over the years since we have moved into the house 8 years ago. Starting with a bathroom renovation upstairs, we searched Homestars and found they had a good rating so we had reached out and decided to go with them. We had not done a renovation before, the team was very professional and helped us on every step to break down the design and renovation process. The results were so good, that we had decided use them again if we had any other major renovation projects. A few years later, we made the decision to finally finish the basement which was completely unfinished and to redo the main floor powder room. Having more experience in doing a renovation, they were once again able to go above and beyond in giving us valuable design options. Finally, they have just finished another major renovation on redoing all the main floor floors, ceilings and the entire kitchen which we are extremely happy about. Natanael and his onsite team are very thorough and detail oriented and do not cut corners. They have always made sure that everything is done to regulation and building codes. Even after post renovations, the team has always found time for us to answer any questions that we have had. We look forward to working them again on any future projects, and I highly recommend them to everyone I talk to whenever the subject of home renovations comes up.

    Kitchen and mud room Renovations

    Nathaniel and his team gave us the kitchen and mud room of our dreams. They worked with us to design it. Their professionalism and work ethic was top notch. We would highly recommend them to any of our friends and family.

    Kitchen, Addition, Deck

    I have know Natty and his guys for many years, uses top of the line products, he does exactly what he says he will do. Very honest and trustworthy. One advise always follow his recommendations, you will not regret it. I am glad I did and very happy I have chosen P&P, we are very good friends now!!!

    Basement Renovation

    Natanael and the team were so easy to deal with, setting and keeping to timelines for all aspects of the work. On time, on budget and when there was an issue it was immediately resolved without question. Happy to recommend them and will be using them again for our bathroom reno. Thanks for an awesome job!

    Bathroom remodeling

    Excellent work by Nataneal and his team. Nataneal provided lots of good suggestions to replace bathtub with standing shower. The end result was great. Job was completed on time and on budget. They cleaned the job site everyday. Would recommend to anyone anytime.

    Basement renovation and new washroom

    I had a great experience with P&P and would definitely recommend them to family/friends. I researched a number of general contractors on HomeStars and spoke with various companies from the Toronto Homeshow when I was planning to do my basement reno. Natanael, owner of P&P, came by my house 3 times before I decided to go with his company. What made the decision easy was not only his reasonable price, but compared to the other quotes, P&P’s contract was very detailed to set out clear expectations of what was going to be done and when. In a follow-up email, Natanael also provided me with his company’s certificate of incorporation, proof of company insurance, as well as a list of about 30 references, of which I called 6 people and they all spoke very highly of P&P’s quality work. One common theme when reading the reviews and talking to his references was that the P&P is very clean, in that the crew cleans up the job site every day! Javier was a fantastic project manager on my job. Not only was the quality of his work top notch, but he was very transparent and timely with his communication. He would always text to make sure I knew what major tasks needed to be done and when a certain trade (plumbing/electrical) would be at the house doing work. He was also very accessible via video calls/facetime when I had concerns and questions about issues or design choices. Since I tend to be rather detail oriented (or controlling as my some people would say), the ability to facetime made the renovation much easier, and Javier was always patient to take the time to explain to me what needed to be done, how it was going to be done, and also provided design suggestions for why it should done a certain way. During the demolition stage of my reno, it was discovered (although I suspected) that I had a leak in my foundation wall. This issue unfortunately increased my reno budget beyond my contingency, but I would say it was money well spent for the peace of mind! P&P said the waterproofing, drain work, and re-framing would take and extra 1-2 weeks to do, but my reno was done just shy of one week of the original completion date. I can definitely say P&P did a great job to ensure they delivered on a quality reno. These guys are machines! Also the fact that they clean up the job site every day really shows that they care about their work space and have a lot of respect for the customer’s home.
