    Home network

    We've had issues with our wireless internet in our house for over 2 years; slow speed, and constantly losing signal. Multiple modem updates, routers, faster internet, nothing worked. Max identified the issue, suggested the appropriate hardware, and had out network fixed in an hour. We now have reliable, fast, and flawless internet throughout the house.

    Max was able to get my whole network up and running once I moved offices and was very thorough and on time with his work! I am happy to have him as our IT solution expert :)

    Computer Networking

    Wifi distribution

    Our wifi distribution challenges were promptly remedied by Max and we would recommend his services without hesitation. He remained available to us for consultation after completion of the wifi work on unrelated technical matters within his scope of knowledge. Max has been responsive and dependable.

    WiFi access in a busy household

    Wow! What can I say? We are a large family and have a lot of wireless products and gadgets in the home (last count 19 including gaming system but excluding the actual WiFi router!), and we struggled on a regular basis to keep them connected. Max analysed the situation, and set-up the WiFi perfect solution with multiple access points through the home. It cut done on the data usage on the mobile phone plans, thus saving me money, and I get no more complaining from the kids and my spouse.

    Troubleshoot wi-fi problems

    Max Sherman is very thorough and knowledgeable. He patiently tested and retested our home's wifi system to identify the problem's root cause. After 2 hours, he finally deduced (through multiple trial and error tests) that the problem was a faulty HDMI cable! (Who knew they could be faulty?) Few professionals would have worked so long to fix a problem. Our home's Wi-Fi now works perfectly thanks to Max's perseverance.

    Home networking and connectivity

    We have been struggling for over a year to work with a house full of random routers and links and modems. Everything worked marginally. I called Max based on the HomeStars reviews and we were not disappointed. We were more than NOT disappointed. We were over-the-top delighted to be up- and- running, clean,fast, and cost efficient. As long as Max is around, he is our go-to guy for all things technical.

    Upgraded and enhanced our home wifi network

    Max was amazing. We have a three story home which was plagued with internet issues, poor access in certain rooms, slow to download and always crashing. Movies were always a problem to download in the basement and our Sonos sound system wouldn't run reliably. Max fixed everything in one morning visit. We have strong a wifi signal in every room. Everything runs fast and reliably. Thanks Max!!

    Network Repair

    I had a home network that spanned 3 floors and included a whole home Sonos audio system. I'm fairly technical but had been unable to pin down the problems I was having with dropped connections and poor performance. Max was friendly, fast and did not talk down to me or try to show off with technical talk. He was also very responsive to email and was careful to understand the problem before showing up (so no time was wasted). I would definitely recommend him.

    Computer Issue Fix

    Excellent Service, We were in a computer crisis and Max was able to get to our office quickly and diagnose our computer issue effectively. Professional courteous service, Highly Recommended and very knowledgeable.
