My new computer was cloned from an old one and could not get it working properly. Max came to my home, was immediately on the case, and resolved all concerns. Very impressive.

I needed computer support for a consulting business. The main issues were syncing MS Outlook on a laptop with an iPhone for mail and calendar entries, including a personal email through iCloud and a company email through gmail. Max diagnosed and solved an issue connecting MS Outlook to the outgoing mail server, and offered solutions to the ongoing sync problems.

Max set up a mesh network for us a few years ago. The network improved reception all over our house and has been very stable. Recently, we asked Max to return to update our system: we had added a new alarm system and some 'smart home' devices. Max updated the firmware for our system and pointed out that we should keep an eye on one of the nodes (it was dropping out occasionally) so that we could replace it if necessary. As usual, Max's work was excellent: careful, efficient, and he clearly explained each step. Thanks once again, Max! As Max explained, one of our network nodes was failing. He has just replaced it with a more powerful unit and reconfigured our network topology. We have fast, well-connected service throughout our house. Thanks, Max,

Switching internet service providers for a small business should be fairly straight forward, unfortunately in our case it was not. Having the Ubiquiti products already in place, everything should have been 'plug and play' hypothetically. Shortly after instal, we found out none of our products were connecting to the new service providers internet. Big problem for a small business, with everything nowadays being through internet. Luckily I was referred to Max, he was kind enough to rearrange his schedule and make this issue a top priority (even being a first time customer). Max wasted no time in analyzing our system that was in place, identifying the issues at hand, and reconfiguring the system to work as intended. Max is a very knowledgable individual when it comes to networking, and his services exceed what you will be paying for. I intend to call him for any other network/system issues we have in the future and will refer him to anyone I know that needs assistance in this field. Thanks again Max, saved this small business from a lot of headaches.

(I like to think) I have a little more knowledge about computers than the average home consumer, and Max didn't even roll his eyes when I talked! More seriously, Max is pleasant, patient with being bombarded with questions as he works, and fixed things I didn't think were fixable, leaving me with the decision to replace my C drive or just throw the darn computer out the window. I've got time to make that decision now, and Max will be back , if necessary, to clone the old one and install the new one. He even, at my request, left me with a list of recommendations re brands, and reminders of minimum requirements. I can say with confidence that Max will give you your money's worth.

Max solved a frustrating problem with a new computer. Supplier said network connection was not possible but Max solved it easily and explained the process for me so I could troubleshoot in the future.

Max was a pleasure to deal with and was very punctual and informative. We hired him to install a new Linksys whole home wireless Mesh system. He calibrated and optimized each node on three different floors. Specifically placing each node in the best location. Will hire him again to terminate and complete other smart home installations. Definitely recommend.

Max terminated our previously installed Cat6 cables and reconfigured our Wifi network to actually work. He got the job done and I highly recommend him.

Max setup my new laptop computer and transferred data from my old laptop, including connections to my wifi and internet. Trust his computer systems and internet knowledge and skills to work with them. A very nice person too.

Max is the right guy to help you with your network needs. He has the right tools, doesn't sell anything but his service, and has a very good understanding of all the technologies out there
