    Excellent Installation

    I was really satisfied in the way that Landmark was flexible with coming to do our quotes (multiple cancellations on our end due to inclement weather), the way they simply agreed to delay installation due to COVID-19 in the early days of pandemic, and their speed in setting it up once everything started to open again. The contractor that they sub-contracted for installation was phenomenal. He and his team made me feel comfortable, even when I was wracked with anxiety about a hole being cut in my wall! I would highly recommend that team for any installation. We love our new windows.

    Kitchen and dining room windows

    Very happy with the work of both my dining room and kitchen window. Great company

    8 Windows replaced

    The installer Steve did a great job. He was very friendly and certious . I'm vary happy with the work and the new windows

    Windows

    They had a different person measure windows and to install them. So the windows were measured wrong which meant the installers had to make them fit. Which caused alot more days of work and noise from cutting drywall and wood and dust. Overall it took 7 days. I was told that this could have been avoided if the person measuring took off some of the trim to check the original windows. The installers were great and I do love the new windows and doors but it would be nice if the person measuring would check more thoroughly.

    Windows

    Great job by the installers. Attention to detail when finishing the trim. Very courteous. Followed COVID-19 precautions. Now we will see how the windows do, but so far they look great.

    Front door and windows

    Excellent service. Great job. Cleaned up work site. Delivery was 2 weeks late but worth the wait.

    6 windows and 2 doors

    Chris and Rodney were very professional and very experienced as you could tell by how everything was installed. We are very happy with their work.

    After 6 long years

    After 6 years of complaining about my install I finally found out they were installed with no insulation which was finally fixed in November 2019- I am still waiting for compensation from this company and had asked that they replace at least 4 of my upstairs windows - never heard back - what a surprise

    I had a complete door and window replacement throughout my house.

    Contractor did a great job in a three day period. They stayed until the end and were very professional. I have to give thanks to Mitch and his assistant for a job well done. Thank you.

    Doors and windows replacement

    Absolutely horrible customer service. Will NEVER recommend. Have filed a review on Better Business Bureau if you want to read the details. Just awful.
