    Window instalation

    Chris and his crew did a great job installing the windows. They had to do a lot of work in the rain and still did a great job.

    Windows

    The sales rep, Connell was friendly & well versed in the product - no high pressure and lots of options made the purchase process enjoyable. The installer who did the measurements, Steve really represented his product well. Lev & Kirk installed the windows quickly, were very professional as they worked and did a great cleanup of the work areas. It’s only been a week since the installation has been completed but the front of the house looks amazing & I am already noticing a difference in heat & cold in the rooms the windows were installed in (west exposures) If there was anything to be less satisfied with, I’d say the communication after the sales call took longer than I expected, but other reviews also indicated this so I wasn’t too surprised or upset. A follow up email from me was quickly answered to my satisfaction Thanks Landmark for a superb job!

    Windows and front door.

    The work they did was very good and the workers were very polite and they left my house and yard clean. I am pleased.

    Windows

    Great job would have them come back to do again we’re on time polite and first before the time that I was given would recamend them any time

    Product

    Over all we are happy! I am impressed with Teresia that took care of our account. Far as the installers are concerned, great guys! Clean up - IMO as a customer when purchasing quality windows it would have been nice for them to clean both sides of our windows. Why? It reflects the finished product. They left paper and glue on them and we have to clean them when it should have been done? The sliding back door quality needs work. The door it’s self is week. The screen that is provided needs to be up graded with your product. Why have great windows all round and not so good quality with that kitchen sliding door. Over all satisfied Gary Thompson

    New window installation - living room

    My new windows look amazing! So easy to open now (all of them instead of just the 2 ends). Easy to clean all from the inside. Automatic locking system. The installers were excellent, swift and efficient. Friendly too. I couldn't believe how quickly they worked and the small amount of time to do a big job. They worked well together as a team. There was not a speck of dirt or debris left behind. I will definitely tell all my friends and family about Landmark.

    Installed replacement windows

    They arrived on time, were able to do the instullation of 2 windows without delay. When completed. They cleaned up the area and I was pleased with the windows. The men were helpful and polite., thanks for their efforts.

    Window replacement.

    Work went smoothly and professionally. One window had to be adjusted / re-installed and the crew made the change quickly, no argument. Well done!

    Patio door and bay window

    Workmen were wonderful although the louvers for the French doors were missing and must be ordered and installed!!!!

    Window replacement

    A paper work error could have caused a disaster. A quick phone call and all was well. It meant more work for the crew, but they were great and made sure we were satisfied with the outcome. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend landmark to friends, and plan on using them again. M. Barnes
