    New windows installation

    The windows were installed under adverse weather conditions. The work was completed professionally. The installers were curious. Job well done.

    Window installation

    Had six windows installed in my home and within a week one cracked right across and one doesn’t close properly!

    Window replacement

    The installation was 110%. The product though was not exactly what we ordered and was delivered a lot later than expected.

    A patio door, front door and a window in the master bedroom

    The installers were good at their job. We are left with a patio door that does not close properly unless it is locked. There is a fair size opening at the lower right side which allows a lot of cold air into the house. The screen door which has not yet been used now has a small hole in it. The front door does not fit properly at the base. There was frost on the inside of the door this winter. We have been waiting since the middle of January to book a service date. We don't seem to be in their service route. This job was done in December 2018. We are still waiting for a service date.

    Entire front entrance removal, rebuild and new door system installed

    Very professional workers, steady and precise, kept the area cleaned up as they worked , put protective covering on the floor, removed all debris Excellent product line and beautiful new door entrance system. The sales man was very helpful, answered my questions clearly, no pressure to sign a contract, patient and polite. Phone calls were very professional and informative. 5 star product and service

    New windows

    I had all my windows in my bungalow replaced, about 16 windows. Very pleased with the installation and the time frame.

    Installation of 12 windows and a front door

    The renovations and installations of windows (12) and door (1) went smoothly and within a day! The workers were courteous, competent and professional. I would recommend to anyone the value of product and service. The work took place in October of 2018. We are waiting in August 2019 for the final estimated savings in heating (Oil) for the year 2018-2019 compared to last year. The salesperson of Landmark gave us a guaranty of 40% in savings.

    Door and 4 windows replaced

    So we had a new door and 4 new windows put in our house. Previously to this instal we had 3 windows and a new sliding door put in and it was a great experience. This time around land mark missed the mark with lack of communication with us the client and the installer. When we signed the forms for purchase (July) we were told the door and windows will be installed at the end of October. By early November the final measurement occurred. Up to this point no one contacted us regarding the delay. We were told the door and windows would take 6 weeks. 6 weeks came and went with no phone calls. Phone calls were made on our behalf to find out what had happened and messages left with no answer. Finally a date in Jan was made for instal. We were happy that the door was going to be installed do to the draft our old one had (hence why we needed a new door). First day of instal no one showed up and once again no call. We made a call at 12 noon to see what had happened, to our amazement Landmark had no idea where the installer was. It was not till 2pm we were told the installer would not be attending today (one day off work wasted). The next day the installer was suppose to be their between 8 and 10, at 1pm they showed up. A rush job was done and at the end we were told not to use the door for 3 days. This was weird so I inspected the job done and found a massive crack in the frame that was installed, our new lock set was cut and forced in to fit, glass from our old windows were broken and all over our kids room and scratches to his floor and a massive draft from the front door. (Worse then our old door). I called Landmark after seeing the terrible work done. They took my issues and sent them to the servicing department. At this point an appointment was made to come by and take a look at the issues. Photos were taken and even the service man said "this was terrible" a new Framewas order and the whole door had to be redone. This was when we met Tim a service man for Landmark. He came into our home and fixed every single issue we had with the instal. Not only did he fix the issue but he listened and heard us. He understood taking 5 days off instead of 2 was excessive. If it were not for Tim and his amazing work we would not ever go back to Landmark but after Tim we will. We now understand that Landmark hirers contractors to instal and sometimes have no idea the person they hire, but for us Landmark fixed our issues and sent a great man named Tim. Thx again Tim

    Window Installation

    Trouble from the start with this company--showed up not prepared to install windows in the manner agreed upon--ie. remove bricks and rebuild brick shelf. Installer says he is not capable of doing that kind of installation. Second crew dispatched a week or so later. After 10 years or so Brick mould has separated, two visits to the house, nothing done. One rep says windows should be replaced and has seen windows replaced for less damage, but doesn't want to "go on the record". Needs to submit paperwork to head office. No decision made--well over a year and a half now. After multiple calls, another rep dispatched, won't even leave his card or tell us his full name. Repair consists of sloppy clear caulking that has now turned yellow. Over a dozen calls and multiple e-mails no response. No fine print warranty is completely meaningless. Don't bother with your robo response. You have all the information already on my file.

    Living Room Windows Installation in Log Home

    Landmark has been wonderful from time Sandra called us from head office to arrange Bob , sales representative to come to assess our requirements. Bob was Fabulous as was the man who came to measure the window requirements. The 3 installers were the BEST & Exceptional. In half a day we had 4 regular & 1 Large window(s) installed along with outside window casements. Our indoors & outdoors were left cleaner than when they arrived. Home is warmer, we have ability to open screens, outside presentation looks so much better. Everyone, professional, thoughtful, helpful, polite & Fun. Sandra was super in final arrangements
