    Windows

    Terrible workmanship. Multiple no show-no calls terrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend it i would rather go out of my way to warn others of the nightmare they could end up in. So far I have warned one potential customer and after seeing for themselves they went with a local company

    Windows

    I love my windows and the guys where ver nice n clean but when putting my kitchen window In they broke my tiles not happy about that and I sent a email out to you guys but no responses n calling the company is awful

    2 windows and front door

    While the window work in the basement appears to be okay. It's had to tell as we are in the throws of winter. The front door however needs some attention as the foam is leaking out on the outside. I have called for a week and they haven't gotten back to me. I don't know how thermal it will be if the foam that is supposed to keep it airtight is leaking out.

    The work was completed in a timely fashion, great cleanup, no mess left, workers friendly.

    New Windows

    The work on all of our windows was done and completed satisfactorily. There has been great improvement in the warmth in our home and even the heat distribution is improved . (ie there are no cold spots) There was one exception.. three basement windows were not framed with outside frames ... however there is no problem with them. They are three windows in the basement and are only accessible under a deck that is on the back of our house. Both of the installers (front window and the basement window installers ) and I agreed that if there is no real use except for esthetics that they could be left as is without the frames. It is difficult for anyone to crawl under there and reach the windows except for a "little" person like I. I may even do that when we get Summer. No one sees this or even knows they are there. Otherwise every thing is excellent.

    All doors and windows of the 3000 sf home.

    The only good part of the entire company was the installers. The sales rep was ignorant after the 30% received. The entire team at Landmark are trained to be dishonest. I went through several project managers and office people. The project was not completed in a promised timely manner. Never would I recommend anyone I know to use this company.

    Windows installed

    The installation was prompt and they were very polite, also they were very good at cleaning up once finished.

    Three new windows and a new sliding door in a new location in the home.

    Landmark did such an amazing job with replacing 3 windows and changing our sliding door. I am very happy with their work. The installers were Very professional and left our home clean and net. They did such a great job I will deffenetly hire them again for my other windows.

    Nightmare installation

    Bought 5 windows. The company, to date, spent 8 full days and 2 no-shows trying to get them in right. Still not done properly and it's very hard to get a call back from the company. The windows are leaking. The framing is still not installed. The windows are drafty to the point where we are getting ice on the inside of our house. The caulking was slopped on and is now coming off and there are screws through the drip canals. There was a tear in one of the screens and another was not sized right. They left a mess when they left and one of their service guys was confrontational whenever he showed up. These were just some of the problems we had, there are more.

    All windows and 3 patio doors

    Nightmare ordeal. My hardwood floors in my bedroom were destroyed from moisture coming in from new door installed. It’s been 2 years and I’m still trying to get help with said leaky door and problem. Lots of bandaid taxtics. Here is a pic taken today of snow inside the house. No return of phone calls made and lots of empty promises to fix the problem.
