Our air conditioning in a rental property was not operating and it was a problem given our tenant had their mom, a sick senior living with them. They were able to correct the problem professionally and efficiently. Great job.

Every interaction I've had with Bosco Home Services, whether it's been over the phone or in my home, has been everything I want and more than I'd come to expect from service companies through the years. I've had them deal with a toilet, dishwasher and most recently a combination furnace/hot water heater unit than required replacement. Joe and Jay who came to my home arrived on time, walked me through an assessment of the problems and how to solve them in a way that I could easily understand, quoted a price, and then returned to perform an installation that was extremely difficult given the location of the furnace space. The project took considerably longer than they or I expected, but throughout the entire process they were fully committed to doing the best job anyone could do and ensuring that I was satisfied with the entire job. They were careful about my home, respectful of my time and concerns, and overall the best service people I can recall dealing with. I fully recommend them, and Bosco (including Murphy at Dispatch who addressed my call as if the problem was occurring at his own home), and wouldn't consider taking my business anywhere else.

Had Tom in from Bosco today and he did a fantastic job, teaching me how to make my air conditioner last longer and making suggestions on how i can save money while operating my A/C efficiently.

3 different issues, 3 different appointments and all were executed professionally, with quality and with amazing customer service ethic. Bosco isn't the cheapest but for complex plumbing, I wouldn't trust anyone else.

I bought a coupon from Groupon for their services because my shower in the main washroom keeps on getting clogged.. I had first looked them up on home stars to see the reviews, and I thought they had gotten pretty good reviews. I called them up and they scheduled me in the very next day,(i'm sure if I wanted them to come out the same day they could have done it) which I was surprised. Some companies are sooo busy that they make you wait for days even. When the plumber Matt was running late I did get courtesy calls apologizing for the delay, which I appreciated. Usually I'm the one calling to find out whats going on. So I didn't mind the wait. Matt was very polite, courteous and answered all my questions. Honestly he took his time doing what needed to be done. There are some plumbers out there that might show up late ,and rush through the job. I appreciated him taking his time. He did a great job on cleaning my shower drain:) It works like brand new..I couldn't believe it. I would definitely use them again, and recommend them to others. Thank you so much for your services.

I used a coupon service online (Dealfind? WagJag?... one of those sites) to get the air conditioning tuned up, after owning it for ten years. The serviceman showed up on time. From the time that he started his service until he finished, he demonstrated professionalism, courtesy, competency and well developed communication skills. Over the 1.5 hours that he was at my home, he walked me through the means by which to efficiently cool my home, maintain my a/c unit as well as money saving tips for maintenance and electricity. BOSCO will be receiving my business for air conditioning, heating and water heater service in the future. An excellent company. I was considering another company for a home maintenance package who had serviced my furnace with a tune up the day before, also through an online coupon offer. However, after inspecting the results yesterday evening, I was underwhelmed by the level of work that was done. Yes, it was a service paid by a WagJag coupon, but what I received was a discounted service. The BOSCO serviceman agreed. I recommend BOSCO to any and all folks in the Brampton area. My personal thanks goes to Tom Anthony, BOSCO's representative who attended to the service at my home today.

i contacted bosco for cleaning my furnace, they gave me price over the phone.i was quite satisfied with their approach and price was reasonable.serviceman showed up on time.did excellent job. i also got my valve on water tank replaced.excellent job.

We recently had to change 2 of our older toilets for newer ones as we noticed they were leaking and it was evident when we received our water bill. They were very friendly and recommended which toilets to buy and ensured that they would fit. No complaints as they were very quick.

We recently renovated our powder room, replaced a toilet in another bathroom and laundry tub and taps. We chose Bosco because they recently renovated my Mom's bathrooms in Brampton. She was very pleased with the work done and Matt Weber, did an excellent job! When Matt was assigned to our home in Markham, we were pleasantly surpirsed! Matt is very courteous and professional and always explained the work being done and followed up with us on a timely basis. His work areas were extremely neat, clean and tidy. Matt is an outstanding plumber! We would HIGHLY recommend him! He is very trustworthy and instills confidence in the work being done. Thank you!!! Christine & Alfred

Tom Anthony came from Bosco to inspect my air conditioner to make sure it was running optimally. I learned a great deal about how to make my air conditioner more efficent. The service was offered at $39, but Tom made me aware of the fact that the filters I was using for my home weren't optimal, so I added a filter to the bill. For $134 it was a good deal because it means I will never have to buy a filter again. Tom explained things in a manner that made me understand much more about how to keep my air conditioner in tip top shape! Well done! Great customer service with a smile!
