    Furnace and Air Condition tunr up

    The service I got is very worth than the money I spend and the tips I got will save me in the future on enegy. The service teck Mr. Tom is very helpfull in explaining the service and ongoingly how I have maintain the AC and Furnace. I will recomed to any one wants to get their service. I had very good expreance with the Bosco Home Services and Mr. Tom.

    Air conditioner repair/tune up

    First off, I dealt with Murphy on the phone and I have to say he's so sweet and kind. He has amazing customer service! He dispached Andrew to come to my home for my air conditioner. Andrew was very kind and also went out of his way to explain to me my options and how I could proceed. He tuned up my existing air conditioner in no time at all and explained to me exactly what he did. Andrew then showed me how I can protect myself from future problems and went that extra mile just to make sure I was extra happy. Bosco has amazing custmer service and are excellent in general servie. Go with Bosco, they are perfect and get the job done right the first time.

    AC Check UP

    Tom and Z from Bosco visited my house on 7 June 12 for annual AC check up. They were very polite, knowledgable, did an excellent job of checking my AC and my furnace and filter and water heater. They gave me good suggestions and written price quotes. Came on time and did a professional job. Very Pleased with the service from BOSCO Saurabh

    Catastrophic Septic Tank Failure

    I am not one who typically posts comments about a good service experience, as I believe that good customer service should be part of the business experience. However, in this instance I feel compelled to. From the moment I placed my initial call and Ashley answered the phone ‘How can I make you smile today?’ the service I received from every Bosco employee was fantastic. My plumbing issues were very specific, and I was immediately placed in contact with the right person. Naji (Bosco Project Manager) was amazing. He was incredibly knowledgeable and patiently communicated the available options. He was understanding and worked with me to help control the potential cost of the project. Naji also had valuable advice in dealing with City Hall to expedite access to information and permits. Additionally, he was always accessible when there were questions, and I had a lot of them. There is never a good time to have plumbing issues. This was true in this instance which was amplified by the fact we had a flight booked for a family holiday. So a job that had been scheduled to take 3 days, had to be done in 2.5 days – Naji and his fantastic crew made it happen. The service experience was above and beyond my expectations, and for that reason, today, I am smiling. Thank you very much Bosco!

    air conditioning, slimline

    I phoned and spoke with a Most Pleasant Man and made an appt. to have my generally ignored and nonfunctioning expensive slimline airconditioner serviced. Joshua was the service person and he was cordial, polite, informative, patient and generally all-round perfect. He revived the system and I have every intention of signing on with them for the future. Joshua was so conscientious and thorough and I was grateful and impressed. I live in Toronto, I think he travelled from Markham,....and was here ahead of time, enthusiastic and eager to resolve the issue. What more could one ask for? Thanks!!!

    Humidifier, Air Cleaner

    Bosco Plumbing: I first heard about your company on Newstalk 1010. I decided to have my furnace cleaned and I was very pleased. So than I had my A/C tuned up. Tom, the technician who serviced my A/C was so informative and gave me many tips on how to look after my A/C convinced me I really needed a new Humidifier and Air Cleaner in which their were specials on at this time. SOLD! It was long overdue. Today, I had the two nicest boys Tommy and Kevin do an excellent job. They were courteous and very efficient. They explained everything to me and what they did. Now I feel my home is air cleaned and I can breathe better. I am so pleased with Bosco Home Services. Right from the live answering (I worked for Bell Canada for 30 years) to the installation.     Drains & weeping tiles

    We had not expected to have this work done but were very pleassed that we had chosen Bosco as they did it quickly and efficiently. The many staff who helped us were.....Naji, Roger, Jim, Grayden, .... so courteous and respectful of ours and our neighbour's property. They were very helpful in explaining the process to us as the job went along. Roger and Jim took pity on us when our water was turned off and brought us Tim Horton's when they got theirs. The job was left neat and tidy at the end of each day. The Bosco office called to check on the job and that everything was going well. We responded "yes".

    Leaking cold water supply line

    I called Bosco in the evening as we have discovered a leak in the ceiling and walls of our basement. The dispatcher was extremely friendly and arranged for a plumber for the next day (could have come on the same night for a higher fee, but I chose the next day). Matt arrived, was very friendly and reviewed our situation. He explained in detail what he would be doing and the estimated cost. I gave him permission to proceed, and he completed the work efficiently and charged me the exact estimated cost. Overall I was very impressed and would recommend Bosco to others. Great job! Thanks!
