A home inspection in preparation for sale of the family home revealed we had used vermiculite insulation in the upper attic, which unfortunately contained asbestos, and that we had some 'old' mold on the roof sheathing. I contracted Templar to remediate both matters. They were recommended to us by prior customers, and Robert seemed very knowledgeable when he visited the house to view the work requirement. I also got another quote for the work which was quite a bit higher. While the team was doing the requested work in the upper attic, they notified me that I had the same issue with 'old' mold in the lower attic, which had not been seen during the home inspection. They provided pictures in support. I needed the work done promptly to provide assurance to the purchaser, and after discussion, Robert managed to fit in the required additional remediation, at a very fair price. The team started work at 6 AM on a Saturday to get this done before they moved on to their 9 AM job. I very much appreciated the effort expended to get this work done. They also provided me before and after pictures so I did not have to crawl around the lower attic myself. The two teams I met were very polite, and very tidy as well.
