    Asbestos Removal

    Had the work done couple of months ago at our new place in Etobicoke. Robert the owner made the best to accommodate the date as we wanted to get the work done before we move in. Shaun and the team were very professional and get the job done on time. Most impressive thing is they had checked the basement vents which was not part of the quotes for free. Thanks Robert and Team go above and beyond. Will recommend friends for their great services. Chris

    Asbestos Removal

    Robert and David were absolute professionals and went above and beyond for me and my family. Because the room that I had them working in was not completely empty, they were unable to reach a certain portion of the asbestos. They came back at a later date and finished the job and even removed some additional asbestos that was discovered...without adjusting their quote! I am happy to refer them to friends and family. As a realtor, I will refer them to clients as well. Great job guys and thank you.

    Asbestos Abatement

    We were looking for an asbestos abatement (boiler pipe insulation). Templar Mould and Asbestos removal were prompt in returning our call. David came by to give us a quote. Robert and his onsite team were great. David handled things at the house. The job was done safely and promptly. We were satisfied to get the air quality sample that said our basement was all clear. We would highly recommend Templar to anyone looking to get a safe, clean and expeditious abatement. Thanks Guys!

    Great Work Excellent Communication

    I needed asbestos containing stucco removed in a condo that I was renovating.An added complication was that I was out of town when it was to be removed. Robert was very polite over the phone when I called for a quote and very promptly performed an inspection and gave me a quote which was very competitive. Dave performed the remediation and kept me informed twice a day while the job was underway and when it was done.He then informed me once the air quality test was done and passed as safe so that my other trades could get into the condo and begin the rest of the renovation. I would highly recommend Templar for stucco removal and remediation

    Execellent, informative service.

    Great team of people - Robert provided great info over the phone and David came and did a professional job, following up accordingly as stated and agreed upon. I would definitely recommend Templar.

    Asbestos removal in basement

    We recently had asbestos removed from our basement pipes. David provided us with an immediate call back, and next day inspection and quotation. The job was completed thoroughly and professionally. The basement was left clean and certified asbestos free. I would definitely recommend Templar to friends and family.

    Basement asbestos tile

    I was looking for a company to remove the asbestos tile in my basement quickly and within my budget, Templar got the job done! Very nice to work with! And very efficient. I would highly recommend them to anyone who has the unfortunate circumstance of asbestos. Thanks!

    Asbestos Tiles

    I used Templar services for removing asbestos tiles from a very old building. Tiles were between the subfloor, plywood and hardwoods. Templar removed hardwoods and tiles and gave us the clean subfloor surface. After removal they tested the air quality and sent us the report and clearance letter for the finished work. I highly recommend their services.

    Removal of Asbestos and debris from Inside of the house

    I called 5 firms, got 3 quotes and these guys were selected. They did everything right. They communicated well, were on site, were respectful of my home, were on time, were on budget and charged me a fair price. The site Manager (David) was great. He managed it from start to finish as promised, and was super polite. This is our 3rd home renovation, and after losing much faith with trades and contractors, these guys showed me there is integrity out there. If you are looking for this type of service, I suggest they be on your call list.

    Asbestos Tile Removal

    Shortly after moving into our house, we noticed water in the basement. After removing the carpet we found a subfloor with asbestos tile and water coming from under this floor. In order to address the water issue the asbestos tile needed to be removed so we called Templar. David came out on short notice, assessed the problem and had a crew in to remove the tile within days of the first visit. There turned out to be significant water damage and buildup from previous floods, much worse than we initially expected. David and his team were professional, took care of the problems and did an excellent job all at a reasonable price. Overall I was very satisfied with the team, and would not hesitate to call them again in the future.
