My furnace was overheating and it suddenly occurred to me that I had not cleaned the vent in years! I found Aardvark Heating & Cooling online and called them based on positive reviews. Ryan did not disappoint. In fact, he exceeded my expectations. He not only promptly scheduled an appointment and fixed the issue, but he did so with the utmost professionalism and pride of work. In addition, Ryan took the time to share information about how to prevent similar issues. He is the epitome of service ethics and standards, and I highly recommend him and his company.

When our air conditioner broke down, developed chronic freon leaks, we consulted three companies. Of the three Aardvark Heating and Cooling was head and shoulders above the others. Ryan Willbond is a personable and concerned professional who did a first rate job but also offered many value added components educating us about all aspects of our heating/cooling systems, reviewing a neighbour's systems at our request, consulting with respect to chimney removal and our smoke detectors and also offering complete and transparent information about his company's business history, protections and employee treatment. As you can see we are very impressed with Aardvark and would recommend them.

I purchased s new central vacuum system with the new hide-a-hose system. Aardvark installed the new system and it works great. Professional, courteous and quick service. Ryan was able to use some of the existing pipes to save me some money.

The exhaust piping for my furnace was 'red tagged' (by a different company) who gave me only 14 days to get it fixed. Since the furnace was 19 years old I decided to replace the furnace. I obtained quotes from a number furnace suppliers and was referred to Aardvark who I eventually selected to replace the furnace. This was based on a number of factors, most importantly Aardvark offered an Amana furnace with a lifetime warranty to replace the entire furnace if the heat exchanger fails (I am big on warranties), but also price, reputation, and Ryan's flexibility to work with the tight time constraints I was under. His quote was clear, understandable but provided the detail I required. When he came to do the work Ryan was very professional, thorough, and personable. There were some complications due to features of the house but Ryan was able to resolve them all. I am by nature very curious and had numerous questions for him while he was working. He was happy to respond to them and explained important aspects of the furnace, thermostat, humidifier, and pump. Since then the furnace has been working excellently. I was very impressed. The one complication I had was in obtaining a complete, finalized invoice for the work done. This is apparently due to problems in Aardvarks Quickbooks sy1tem. It was frustrating for me but I was impressed that Ryan continued to work on it until he found a satisfactory solution.

Ryan came over on the 5th of Jan 2017 to do a hot water tank replacement. Ryan is very sociable and low key when he speaks. Very informative when a question is asked. His work is clean and methodical. He is very well versed in what he does and does not miss any details. I would have him come back and do work in my residence at any time. I strongly recommend AARDVARK HEATING AND COOLING , to any one who wants quality clean work.

I had hired a general contractor to complete a basement renovation who brought in Ryan from Aardvark Heating and Cooling to complete the duct work- which including moving things around to accommodate the layout. Ryan was very knowledgeable, courteous, and did a quality job. We ended up with an air conditioning issue a few months after the job ended when warmer weather came and Ryan came without hesitation to look at it, while the issue had nothing to do with his work, he provided incredible after sales service, fixed the issue and did not charge us. I highly recommend him for any work you need done.

I was very satisfied with the work that was done on our hot water tankless system, and was impress with the professional work, would recommend this system !

Hi, I purchased the above furnace and it was installed on December 1 2015. Our row unit had a energy efficient furnace when we purchased it so I did not expect to see any different in the comfort after installing the new unit. However the first thing we noticed was the temperature throughout the house became more consistent. In the past the front of the house was always cooler than the rear and the upstairs was cooler than the main floor. To help offset this we kept the circulating fan on in very cold weather. AFTER INSTALLING THIS FURNACE WE WERE PLEASANTLY SURPRISED WITH HOW EVEN THE TEMPERATURE WAS THROUGHOUT THE HOUSE. I can't explain it and it wasn't expected and I can't explain it. It also allowed us to keep the thermostat one degree lower than in the past.

Hot water tank replacement. Work was very cleanly done and the old tank was removed with great care. ( no dings on my walls, appliances etc.)Job well done !
