I switched from electric baseboard heating to gas. Aardvark installed the works, furnace, ductwork, hrv.. Very happy with the work they completed, system works great and great savings. Professional, courteous and knowledgeable company.

Aardvark came and bailed us out the day before the Ottawa heat wave struck last year. Despite being overtasked and overwhelmed by customer demand, they managed to fit us in and install an excellent machine in one day. The staff was extremely courteous, helpful, and tolerant of our silly questions and concerns. They followed up with an inspection this year, and we couldn't be happier with our air conditioning(and the Aardvark service). Very professional and trustworthy.

I had Aardvark Heating & Cooling install Duct Work, a High Efficiency Furnace, A/C unit, Air Exchanger, and Gas Dryer in my home. At the beginning of the process I have to admit I knew very little about what I was purchasing and did most of my homework via the web. I dealt primarily with Ryan for the work and not that much with his install team. I found him to be very knowledgeable, not to mention patient with me as I made my way through the many discisions involved in purchasing this many pieces of home heatng and cooling equipment. The work happened as it was presented, and the guys showed up ontime and left my house each day neat & tidy. I have to say, although I wish it cost less (I'm cheap so I'm sure everyone says that), I don't have a negative thing to say about the experience I had and would easily recommend them to do work for others. I found the industry to be pretty "fly by night" when I asked my friends and professional colleagues during my investigative phase and it's nice to know that Aardvark is going to be there to serve me for the long haul. If you do your homework as well you will see that clearly isn't the case with others. Thanks, William

They used an old rusted under-power portable duct cleaning machine to my furnace room to suck the dust from my heat ducts of my 2 storey house, and did not do a good cleaning job. Also, they try to charge extra or sell for things like disinfectant, furnance cleaning, dryer duct cleaning, water heater replacement etc. I found later that another ottawa contractor charges same $99 but uses powerful truck mount vacumn and clean furnace and dryer ducts.

These guys were simply amazing, we needed a new furnace and they not only showed us many options but came up with a lease deal that cost almost nothing and helped get us signed up for Government deals and rebates. I can only say great things, they showed up on time, called back twice to make certain we were happy. They have also come and cleaned our vents and dryer vent which we never thought about A+ all the way
