My job was to improve the design of my Condo by removing an existing door and door frame from one location, and then building a new door frame and replacing the door at another location. Shane was able to take on my job on very short notice and completed the work in just one day. Shane is personable and very easy to deal with, was receptive to my specific requirements, and performed quality work. I would recommend Shane to anyone requiring a similar job.

Over the past six years, I have used eleven contractors on my home and cottage properties and none have approached the quality of work, attention to detail and value presented by Shane of Clean Cut. The project was done on time, on budget, to my specifications and the house was clean swept and tools put away at the end of each day. Shane is also creative - his solution for fixing the stairs in my old house saved me over $5,000 compared to what was being suggested by other contractors. For those of you with pets, Shane was also careful not to let them out and did little things such as change the water when saw dust was in the room with the water bowl. I wanted to build a TV unit for my new flat screen tv, and as I did not feel comfortable myself taking on that job I decided to go to the professionals and I was not disappointed. I live in a condo that has pretty stupid design, and I need to move light switches, thermostats and other elements on the wall to a side so that I can hang a plasma in the middle and make things balanced. I needed someone reliable and I was referred by a friend Ryan to use Shane at Clean Cut. He finished the job in a couple of hours, sanded it down so that the wall was very smooooth to paint on, and best of all, he actually took the care in the finer details by lining up my light switch and thermostat, and moved it up a little so it is more comfortable for the arm and eyes. You might find contractors that do what you want, but Shane really takes it to another level by thinking about usability in your space. Thanks!

What an amazing job by Shane! Recently Shane put up crown molding on the main floor of our home. He was quick, efficient and very professional. You can’t see any seams and the corners are absolutely perfect! Shane made sure that the molding fit snug to the wall and ceiling and was careful when measuring and cutting for quick application. I checked around for pricing and he was well priced for the job. I would highly recommend Clean Cut Carpentry to friends, neighbours, relatives, the queen….
