The salesman who came to us was friendly, knowledgeable and not at all pushy. He was well prepared, and had lots of beautiful sample fabrics to show us. The pick-up was done that night, and the men slip-covered the chairs to take them to the truck (since it was raining). They gave us loaner chairs, and the work was ready before the deadline they had given us. Any time we dealt with anyone on the company they were friendly, helpful and knew what they were talking about. They returned the chairs in covers as well. Frankly, tje cost of recovering the chairs was a bit higher than we had anticipated, but they look gorgeous and will last another 20 years, at least!

I'm happy with the end product. The sofa and loveseat look well done. Time will tell.

Great job! Our dinette chairs were 22 years old. We tried replacing them but couldn't find anything we liked as much. Now they look better than when we originally purchased them. Looking at the workmanship, they'll probably outlast us. We must also commend TMC on great customer service. From the time we booked the initial appointment until we got the final delivery, everyone was very knowledgeable and very friendly. Work was completed two weeks early! The Estimator was very knowledgeable. He was able to recognize the original manufacturer of the chair which has been in the family since the early 1950's.

The Estimator was knowledgeable. The work took longer than originally expected to complete, but that was due to a customized stain and approval process. The attention to detail throughout the process was impecable! Attentive, prompt responses to calls. Clear and patient explanations of processes and techniques. Listened attentively to what was desired and hoped for. Very pleasant and cheerful chats with Audrey! At the end of the day, the end result is outstanding! We are absolutely delighted with the dining room. At no point in time during the process did I question the integrity of the work being done. Thank you so much to the whole of the TMC Restoration team for your attention to detail in every aspect of the process. You have been wonderful to work with. A special mention should also be made to the drivers for their professionalism from the first pick up of the dining room to the delivery of the finished product. It was apparent from the start these gentlemen know what they're doing not only in the handling of the move out and then back in but also in the dismantling and reassembling of the table. We are thrilled!!

Most impressed by delivery staff. They were very neat and respectful. I appreciated the way they removed their shoes before entering our home. TMC Restoration gets full marks for service!

Higher price than I thought to do job but the quality and service was great.....it's a family piece and now is in perfect condition. I would recommend TMC Restoration anytime...thanks so much!!
