I am satisfied with the service I received from the team at TMC Restoration. My furniture looks beautiful and although I was initially hesitant about releasing it to be restored, the Estimator answered all of my questions and made me feel comfortable with the process. Restoration is definitely the way to go with all of the low quality new furniture on the market today. I admire a company that lives up to their commitment to the consumer. I now understand why they have been in business for over 25 years!

TMC Restoration is a company I would recommend to my friends and family. The Estimator who came to my home was very detailed and professional. My rocker was completed on time - and on budget. The pick-up/delivery staff were also very polite and careful in my home. I appreciate the communication and professional service provided by TMC Restoration. The staff at TMC are specialists and my rocker looks amazing! My younger son has already said he wants it for his house one day.

They let me know in advance when to expect them, they provided a care sheet on how best to preserve the pieces, and the items were delivered in protective wrapping by a friendly driver. I was so happy with the service TMC Restoration provided. The Estimator who came to see me was knowledgeable and courteous. He answered all of my questions and now that my chair has been returned, I am so glad I decided to reupholster instead of replacing. The staff at TMC were also very helpful and friendly, and I would certainly recommend TMC to my friends.

Great work, but very expensive. Considering the price we paid for the 3 pieces there were still things we had to pay extra like protection on the fabric. I guess you get what you pay for.

We are very happy with the restoration done and services provided by TMC on my Grandparents dining room set. It is nearly 100 yrs old with 5 chairs, a captain's chair and 3 leaves and is of a relatively simple design. However, after my grandparents purchased it, because the table was too large for their space, my grandfather had a 'handy-man' change it to have the two ends drop down which also meant cutting out peices from the skirting. TMC fixed all that and also replaced the chairs' damaged/worn seat boards when replacing the old seat covers with newer but 'matching' material.

This company made promises about the quality of their work and service. A year ago they completed restoration on our dining room furniture. We sent them pictures and made several phone calls about mistakes they made and things we were unhappy with. They have still not addressed the issues nor have they even responded to our repeated inquiries. Would never recommend this company to anyone. So disappointed.

Please avoid at all cost. I am still battling with this company to sort my sofas out. Overpriced and poor quality. I have been waiting almost 3 weeks on call to have my sofas 'fixed' for 2nd time. Wish I had gone elsewhere.
