I had a collapsed sewer line. Vlad arrived the next morning and inspected the situation. The pipes where so old and so damaged that a new connection was not an option. My entire sewer line was replaced {approx. 50 ft}. This job had to be done whether I would have liked to spend money on it or not, but I know that my pipes will be good for the next 65+ years, and this was a worthy investment. The price was fair and they worked with me on it even though my priority was quality above all. I will say that other companies priced it either way too high, or so low that I questioned their abilities and knowledge. If anyone needs similar drain and sewer work done, I would wholeheartedly recommend umbrella waterproofing and drain as they do professional work and you can count on them.

I commend them for their quality waterproofing, and quick and caring service. We had water leaks in the basement for six years and although we had in the past waterproofing done by another company it did not solve the problem. Umbrella's crew on the other hand did an outstanding work almost a year ago - last spring - and the leaks in our basement completely stopped since then. We observed that there was a damp area on one part of our interior basement wall. Of the 3 companies that sent representatives to my home to assess the problem, only Umbrella's had a moisture meter. This helped me to gain confidence in Umbrella's ability to identify the root cause of the problem and propose an appropriate reasonable solution that wasn't overkill. The work was completed as specified and in a timely manner. Unlike many service providers I've contracted over the years, Umbrella's staff is very communicative and easy to reach. They were a pleasure to deal with. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

They are amazing. Bodana is great (the admin there) We got three quotes and they were the cheapest. Once of the machines they needed was 2 days late, but the guys were professional and did a great job.

Vlad and the Umbrella team were fantastic to work with and I recommend them without hesitation. I knew from the amount of time Vlad took to fully assess my property and the water damage that this could be a promising company to work with. Vlad then walked us through the entire solution, materials, and processes Umbrella uses to repair and waterproof the foundation and associated project timelines. We were then presented with a very detailed full page quote that included two pricing options to suit our budget. Without hesitation, we contracted with Umbrella to re-seal the entire length of our founcation and install a weeping tile system. The project did take a bit longer to get started but that was largely due to the lousy weather we had this summer. Once the project kicked off, it took approximately three days to dig down to the foundation, repair and seal it, install the system and fill the void with gravel. Umbrella advised that it would take 60 - 90 days for the gravel to settle before they would return to re-cement the impacted area. During the 60 - 90 days, we experienced some very bad weather and heavy rain. On top of this, my eaves backed up and caused a massive downpour right into the unprotected gravel! It was quite alarming but we didn't need to worry as the weeping tile system did its job perfectly. What a great way to test out their workmanship. Following 90+ days, we made arrangements with Vlad to complete the driveway repairs. However, instead of just filling the impacted area, we worked with Vlad to coordinate a complete repaving of our driveway. Again, with his meticulous approach, Vlad provided a detailed quote of this project as it was more than originally planned for when we first contracted Umbrella. Again, a competitive price and plan was presented and we moved ahead to complete the project. So, as you can likely tell, we are very happy with Vlad and the Umbrella team.

Very honesta nd professional. We had our home waterproofed by this contractor this summer after we discovered multiple foundations leaks after spring havy rainfalls. They were superb. Easy to deal with, reasonable, extremely professional and they truly care about the service tehy deliver. I have outmost respect for people who do their business in such manner - very rare these days. So happy to find these guys. Thumbs up!

Thanks to Umbrella's professional and caring team our basement is fully dry, no longer moldy smelling and the remodelling preocess of the basement would have not been a success if it wasn't for their help in waterproofing our home. Really, thank you guys, I will highly recommend you to all my friends. Shortly about the process for homeowners like ourselves: we purchased our current home approx built in 1940s with intentions to remodel it, to do mold remediation and to waterproof where was necessary. The house had major humidity issues, leaks in several spots throughout the basement (two walls) from cracks/hairline in the foundation. Plus musty smell. We were on a tight schedule and needed work done ASAP. Umbrelal has been GREAT - very professional & they put care in their work. Quality and a great customer service is a MUST, and this company has both. It has been 3 months since our home has been waterproofed from the outside by umbrella’s team. The basement has dried up completely. Before the waterproofing process we had called multiple contractors to examine the leaks and to get some quotes for the repairs. We have chosen umbrella for many reasons: cordial staff, good customer feedback, honesty (they did not try to up sell anything) – just a few of many. Most importantly, the water seepage has stopped, the space is dry now and the air quality in the basement has improved, we are very pleased with their work and would hire again.
