new supply of rads and ac unit also. job was done reasonably well. the house was persistently cold in the winter so I had to get another rad installed. I'm not sure how the calculation for my rad requirements was first made.

If anyone were to ask me who I would recommend to install an air conditioner, it would be Magnus. He was fast, efficient, and addressed every concern I had with professionalism. On time, on budget, I was very pleased with his work! Thank you Magnus!

My wife went down into the basement to store some stuff and there was water everywhere! She called Mags and he was able to come and repair it. The cheap plastic drainage value was cracked. The Y joint was cracked and he was able to take it out. More importantly he was able to remove the remaining plastic. Instead of saying "you need a new one" he went out and bought a proper metal Y joint and installed it without us having to buy a new water tank. Thanks Mags! On a secondary note, I suggest that you NEVER buy a reliance product as their items have all failed within a pathetic 1-3 year timeframe of purchasing them

Magnus has cleaned our old boiler and got it ready for the winter season. He took his time to explain the steps, and was available on short notice during the busy season.

Magnus gave us an excellent consultation for a tankless water heater. He was very knowlegeable about the product and what would be best for our needs. He gave us a very accurate and well priced estimate, and he did an excellent job. We are very satisfied with his work and are spreading word to our neighbours. I contacted Magnus and he was at my house in an hour. Thirty minutes later, my pool heater was working! He also helped us to get our gas fireplace up and running (it never worked). He is courteous, fast and knowledgable. Would definitely recommend!

Magnus came out to my place on the weekend with an 1 hour of notice. I had the gas turned of to the entire house due to numerous leaks in an old galvanized line. He replaced the line with new flexible copper, secured it effectively and turned back on all the appliances and main gas. He was very thorough, explained everything he was doing, and also took the time to make sure I knew how to relight the Hot Water Tank, Furnace... and feel safe around Gas Appliances. Great Work, Great Guy... Would hire again.
