We love Magic Window. There were other companies with products that also looked great, but we ultimately chose Magic because they've been in business for so long, and everything comes with a 40-year warranty. We had such a great experience the first year, that we've been slowly working through our windows with them for 3 years in a row. I don't think we'd ever contract anyone else for windows. The windows themselves are great, and I love being able to look out the window without the layer of insect screen. The blackout blinds work so well, with a very clean look and is completely hidden when not in use. A window wall for the patio door was originally what attracted us to Magic, we love completely opening up the space instead of always squeezing through one panel. We've had small issues with the mechanisms of the blinds so not everything's perfect, but what sets Magic apart is really in the service and peace of mind. Their team responds and visits us in a timely fashion, the service staff is always courteous and can fix anything in no time, no questions asked and no fine prints to refer to.

We looked for a patio door that was not like any other and Magic provided us with an option of a window wall. It fits perfectly and add so much to the look of our kitchen. Derek was great as showing us all the options, the installation team was great and efficient. We had one issue recently with the screen and they came out to fix it right away. We purchased 4 new Magic Windows and they are finally installed with the proper solar blinds attached. We ordered in the fall of 2021 and were told that our installation date would be at the end of February or the beginning of March. They did not get installed until June 2022. This was understandable due to all the material shortages that were happening. The installers were very professional and responded well when I would ask for specific things to be addressed. I did have problems with my solar blinds. Some of them were cut incorrectly and some of them had black marks on them. It did take many return visits (5) to correct the blinds but I have to say, that I was always told that I needed to be happy with the final product and that they would keep coming back till I was completely satisfied. I am a very demanding customer but I also expect to get exactly what I want if I am willing to pay their prices. And I finally got exactly what I wanted and I am very happy with the final results. The windows are extremely easy to open and the screens and solar blinds are amazing and low maintenance. We are very happy with our Magic Windows! Wendy Foley

Courteous punctual knowledgeable when attending to repair an issue we had with the Closing of the screen door

Recently had all windows of our home replaced by Magic Windows. Really happy with the product and quality of workmanship by the installation team. Team worked on a Saturday to get the job done in time. In addition, the service team came promptly after installation the following week to make some final tweaks that I requested to the window blinds. Great customer service! Also thanks to Dana our sales guy for the great service and follow ups. Dana made sure we were well taken care of during the whole process, including post-installation follow up and service call. All told, very impressed by Magic Windows product and service and will recommend to others in the neighborhood (have been getting lots of compliments on our new windows too!).

Absolutely amazing product and service offered by Magic windows. Everyone from they sales rep Tracy to each staff member we interacted with were amazing. The update emails we received kept us up to date with all aspects of the project. We replaced our window with a magic wall and they delivered a top notch product. Were so happy with it and would highly recommend them.

The windows look very nice, good quality and the installation crew was very professional. The open/close technology is not comparable with other brands - a lot better! I can clean my windows from inside! Very happy with my new windows!

Excellent windows with excellent service. We are still very pleased after eight years with our choice of Magic Windows for our renovation in 2013/2014.

As a single senior I am wary of being taken advantage of by some reno or maintenance people. Magic Windows, however, was a pleasure to do business with. The sales rep was great. The chaps who measured up (and did a template for an awkward window), and the installers were professional and well-trained. I even spoke with the owner, Sol, who is a very "hands on" man who obviously cares about his customers. I had a small issue with the workings of one screen which Magic happily came back to adjust for me. I can happily recommend this company. The quality of their windows is beyond best. And they're an Ontario (Woodbridge) company to boot!
